I have been trying since April of 2020 to receive a refund of over 4,000.00 for a trip for four of our Religious Sisters to our motherhouse in France. The trip was cancelled because of COVID and I was directed by Air France that the refund would be done through SkyLux travel as that is how I purchased the tickets. For the first four months I received responses to my e-mails assuring me that SkyLux was working on the refund. Since then no one responds. I even went to the complaint section of the SkyLux website and wrote a complaint. . . .no response. I had purchased travel insurance in case just this would have happened. We are a religious community who cares for the elderly poor and we cannot afford to pay for services never received. Thank you for reading

After United Air refunded full amount to SkyLux
On August 8,2020, I was faced with $900 penalty. Till today I was given every week some ridiculous excuses that my refund is being processed. I still did not receive anything

I had a horrible experience with SkyLux Travel. In November 2020, I booked a flight for myself and two of my kids to South Africa The tickets were business class and I was advised to purchase their travel protection for an extra $500+ given the situation with COVID-19, which I did. In late December, it became clear that there was no way to travel to South Africa. As the result of a new strain of COVID developing there, the UK government banned all travel to and from South Africa on December 23. The airline I'd booked only travels to South Africa by way of London. So I asked for a refund. My agent told me that the flight had not been cancelled, so he wouldn't do it. A couple days later, Virgin Atlantic formally cancelled the flight and I asked again for a refund. I inquired periodically about the refund for several weeks and didn't hear anything back until January 16, after indicating that I intended to post reviews and contact the Better Business Bureau. I was told that my refund had been processed, but now over a month since I first asked for a refund, it has not been credited back to my credit card. For context, the US Department of Transportation requires airlines to refund tickets when then cancel flights within seven days if they were purchased by credit card and 20 days if purchased by cash or check. Absolutely DO NOT book tickets through SkyLux.

There are no words...none! Once you book say good ...

There are no words...none! Once you book say good bye to their customer service...absolute scammers. They charged me for my airline tickets..had to cancel thats another story. But get this..I go and look at my bill a few weeks later they charged me $599.00 for a service fee! My tickets total were

$2477.00. Reached out emails...phone calls...nothing truly disgusting company. Best advice I can give you first DON'T USE THEM..second get everything in writing thank god I did everything through email. When I called about the charge Hector (horrible) told me "oh we gave you a credit by accident so we charged you back" WHAT...no you didn't. Said I'll have bookkeeping call you...never called emailed Hector totally ignored. Please they say you get what you pay for!!! So true with them..move on they will scam you once they have your credit card number very scary!

This is a third class company and works very fishy. Does not answer clearly to the questions. Once I told the agent can you be simply clear to my with price options with airline and stop duration so I can decide but the agent wanted to only know what she wanted was my maximum budget.
