We have worked with Skyline Skylights for well over a year and they provide an excellent service. If you are not sure how to order just give them a call and they will walk you through so you get exactly what you need. We highly recommend their services. Great for bubble skylights and custom flat skylights.

Recently fired. Most people will assume I am disgruntled as a result of being terminated. Not so. This is a message of warning for anyone who might consider employment at this location. I was hired because of my Lean Manufacturing experience. At least that's what I thought. There are two departments at this place. I asked if they compete against one another. They said "No" that was a lie. The department I was assigned to was of course the department less favored. This company has many claims regarding "Teamwork", "Quality", "Employee Oriented", all the statements companies like to make about themselves, the usual propaganda stuff all companies like to make. Like I said nothing but a smoke screen. I came in with no former knowledge of what the company does. You would think some training would be set up to help me along. In my 25+ years experience and every company I worked for there was a buddy system in place for training. Not at this place. I went in wanting to make a difference and share my knowledge of improvements. After all, that's what they hired me. First observation should have been a clue. Stupid me. My desk looked like something from the salvage yard and no locks to keep employee information safe. The computer was connected to another lap top in order to function. The software system is so archaic I'd say WWII era as did the rest of the place. Back to the training....there was none. I was thrown into the fire with no source to guide me. A learn as you stumble. They spoke of the need to make changes otherwise the company will eventually have to shut down. They kept crying about their competitors. The culture is so behind the times its sad. Its all lip service. Speaking with some of the employees who've put in many years the comment you hear is that they haven't see a pay raise in years! It's called wage theft. I was putting in10 hour days and half day on Saturday. As an exempt employee you know overtime pay is not offered. The thanks I got, Ha! If you ask HR or your superior to follow up on this topic of pay raises they tell you it's best you not ask! WTF! and the HR, its a joke. She's never available, the door is always closed or at least each time I had to see her. There is no team work here. Training is tribal, each department only cares for itself. I could go on but you get the jest. I have to say I did meet some good people, it's a shame what's going on there. I am relieved to be free of this place. Look for another place for employment.
