🌆 I recently used this company's services and overall, I had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made booking a breeze. However, I did encounter a few issues during my journey. The train was not as clean as I expected, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making the ride quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the train was delayed, causing me to arrive at my destination later than planned. The customer service could have been better as well. The staff seemed disinterested and did not provide any helpful information when asked about the delays. On a positive note, the fares were reasonably priced. While my experience was not terrible, it could definitely be improved upon. I would consider using this service again, but I hope to see some improvements in the future. 🚆✨
