On Friday the elevator broke in my apartment complex. I live in a 10-story complex with mostly elderly people with walking difficulties. Although the website advertises that they are available 24/7 with the right knowledge and parts, the lift was only restored on Tuesday. Or yes, he worked again. Less than a week later, the mechanic had to visit again because of a scraping noise. This would be resolved with a return visit a few days later. The mechanic did come by, but the noise had only gotten worse after his arrival. I'm curious about the bill, what they dare to ask for this mess.

Now contract with Skylift ended immediately due to insurmountable differences!

Recently had a power outage in Rotterdam and without informing them they already came by to have a look because they were notified of their installation.

The thing is that they have been building an elevator shaft where i live. They are going from delay to delay, and when i call to ask them for how long the nuisance will go on, they keep using lies and excuses. 'Tomorrow they ll finish this, next week they ll do that', yet all the nuisance continues non-stop. I would call them unreliable, the least.

I would like to thank skylift for the excellent service I received, both on the phone and in person from the mechanic, my keys had fallen in the lift basement, within an hour I had my keys back.

It was evening and the technician arrived soon, but was unable to fix the lift at the time because the part he needed could not be delivered until the next morning.
The next day at 8 o'clock there were 2 mechanics and they were able to fix the lift quickly.

Have called so many times to Woonstad and Skylift that the right lift does not work.
A mechanic arrives 2 weeks later someone is stuck again .... check the lifts are good or replace the old lifts.
Lifts never work properly called with Skylift would be major maintenance done well there are people stuck in the elevator at the Stresemannplaats in Ommoord every week.
How many times to call just make sure the elevators are working.

not worth a star, elevator is faltering and people are regularly stuck, mechanics have visited more than 20 times, this has been playing for more than half a year but still no properly working elevator here
I approached 3 different mechanics 3 times, one told me that the malfunction is due to too hot weather, and the next mechanic told me that it cannot be repaired due to a mechanical part and broken circuit board, another mechanic came last week and he told me that it prevents disturbances due to too cold weather etc., judge for yourself who is telling the truth !!
fire brigade has been by so many times, fire brigade has hung a note with text that this lift is no longer usable and unsafe for use, but technicians do not like to see this and collect it asap, while the lift is still out of use,

Wants to keep raking on the basis of old systems for too long. Firmware upgrades are being made based on similar systems that are also outdated. In short, most lifts that Skylift manages and maintains can be seen as an old iPhone that actually needs to be completely replaced because the components and software are not properly coordinated.
