Job interviewed was a no show
I had a job interview. I show up at 10:00 Nobody has shown up to the office. I waited until 11:15 .Door's locked. No courtesy call. Still haven't got a call from anybody apologizing for not showing up for work. I see now the bad reviews they get for their employees are probably all valid. Not showing up work on a Monday after Super bowl night. Sounds like somebody had a hangover.

Thankfully never got an opportunity to go to work here and would have promptly turned them down if they offered. The most unprofessional interview I have ever been to, toxic environment, stupidest questions i have ever heard asked, ceo with an ego larger than Texas. A piece of advice for you folks, learn to "Recruit" top talent, not run it off. You also should start with trying to have raving fan employees to get the raving fan customers!

Unprofessional managers Salt Lake location. Absolute trash of a company . They have stacks of ex-employee badges on the table and the CEO obviously perpetuates this rude, careless behavior towards the employees. She should be ashamed of her business model. Toxic environment at its best, do not even waste your time.

Dallas Fort Worth. Florida dispatchers very rude and lazy. No leadership. They promise fulltime
but your lucky to get 30 hrs. Managers here are clueless. You get what you pay for. You will be disrespected. Walk away.

My company uses Skyhops' service regularly and always had a good experience. They were running slightly late my last pickup and the manager sincerely apologized and gave me a gift card for my troubles. I have had Renee as a driver previously and commend his professionalism.

If you do not listen to any review, listen to this... this company is truly horrible (do not give it a chance). Please do not believe the CEO (Kristine Scotto) as a client or employee. The company is immature, money hungry and disrespectful. The CEO masks every thing under good energy and the Tony Robbins theory but she is a joke..... and even worst, an egotistical joke with money (the worst kind).

Very poor place to work, lack off respect and leadership by managers and dispach. I was a 12 time 5 star safe driver in already 1 year. Things began to change when I refuse to do extra shores like cleaning Vans and train people for the same rate while other's earn more and no weekend work'd. They finally let me go for a supposed "bad job performance" that was clearly not my fault but a last minute already behind time pick-up insert in my work sheet. I felt framed by my managers, and that gut feeling never lied to me before!

I was terminated because I am a college student who lives on campus. I was planning on returning since I am so close to graduation. When asked if I could come in to meet I informed them that I had gone back to school and within hours I was let go without any notice. The CEO is inconsiderate of her workers, rude, and looks down on anyone who isn't in a higher position. This company is very sneaky in how they go about doing things. Kristine Scotto needs to learn how to treat her employee's before she loses more than just a few workers, possibly her business will crumble to pieces. I wouldn't even give this company one star at all but it's how Google works so I couldn't take it away. Dispatchers need to fix their attitudes as well as a matter of fact almost everyone at headquarters need some help on how to treat people. I would not even tell others that I even worked let alone recommend this place as a job to them, not even my worst enemy.

I work here, seems like a good place. My manager treats me well. The schedule when I work is well structured. Technology seems to be hit and miss, mostly miss. Apps are unstable too often.

This is a horrible company to work for the CEO Kristine Scotto puts managers in place as long as they kiss her butt everything is fine but once you speak up for yourself and what you believe in then you get let go with no warning just spare of the moment. I never received any discipline for nothing I did because I abided by company policy at all times. This company has gone through 5 Operation Managers in less than 1 year that is bad when trying to run a transportation company. All our dispatchers were ran off by her trusty side kick name Juan Valez disrespecting them and treating them less than a human being. This company has no benefits at all and everybody in the corporate office is rude.

I have been here for about 2 months and I enjoy working here! I've read the reviews and I am assuming it is the location in Florida. Unfortunately, I have not experienced the unprofessional behaviors. Both the managers who I report to, are good people!

My company uses SkyHop for our transportation to and from the airport. Yesterday 10/1/2019 my crew and I were taken to FLL by a person that shouldn't have a driver's license. He was driving 10 to 15 miles over the speed limit at all times. I made him aware that I was scared after he nearly ran into to the back of a car. The driver proceeded turn left onto oncoming traffic, drive down the wrong side of the street to clear 3 lanes so the he could get behind traffic in the left hand turning lane. Last week my crew and I were nearly hit by a 18 wheeler due to an incompetent SkyHop driver in DAL. This person was in the far left turning lane and keep straight when the sign said left turn ONLY.
I will report this to my company.

Observed (and recorded) SKYHOP van weaving in and out of the car pool lane on I-5, going excess of 80 mph on and off.
I don't think their drivers and complying with their safety regulations and are ignoring car pool requirements. I understand a jugged up highway is frustrating, but I don't see UPS or FEDEX drivers doing it.

This is the worst company to work for. No benefits, very strict, low pay, dispatchers and managers drive you nuts. Front office has no idea what they're doing. You get written for every little nonsense things that you don't deserve until your 3rd final warning and then get fired. And they even appreciate your hard working. They will let go for any complaints they receive from anyone out there..And finally, managers and dispatchers have no respect for employees at all.

I have had a surprising experience with this company. Let's start with CEO "owner" of the company. Her name is Kristine Scotto and her personality does not match her name at all. She is a cunning person that thinks she is above all and can not be touched by any. When she decide that she is going to fire someone she brings security along with her because she knows what she's doing is wrong. She brings a whole crew with her of 8 people just to fire one person using an ambush tactic. Then, she questions every employees about the character of the employee that is being fired which is very unprofessional. No one has made it at this company past 6 months so I would not apply at this company. There are no benefits, pays 1.50 extra on holidays without time and a half pay and there is no structure within management. Dispatchers are rude and talks to you any kind of way that they want to and as long as you are stationed in Florida she will have your back. Juan Valez caused the Dallas site to lose all of their dispatchers because they talk to people like they are kids using profanity and more. This company reaches a success point because of your thoughts and guidance and then let you go once they feel they are finish with you. The CEO uses profanity when talking to you as well and makes you feel as if you are the incompetent party in the conversation. This company is really sad and I do not see it making it at all.

I was just fired because people were complaining about their time since they wasn t as open as i was with my time and i got my hours, the ceo Kristine scoto or whatever her name is made an effort to come and bring the whole corporate group down here to Dallas and fire me as well as 3-4 others for the same reasoning of two or three people complaining because they weren t available but wanted the same amount of time and money

PDX..... We stepped out the hotel doors at pickup time and saw a taxi rather than a SkyHop Global van. The taxi driver made it known to us that he was there for us. When we got to the airport, a SkyHop Global employee met us at the curb and apologized his van was not there to meet us. It was absolutely no fault on SkyHop Global (the bridge was unexpectedly shut down.) Knowing they were going to be late, they had a taxi meet us. I'm not sure if the employee met us wants his name listed on this but his initials are "J. F.." We almost felt guilty taking the gift cards he gave us to StarBucks. Of course things don't always go as planned but it is how the problem is dealt with that shows a good employee and company. If our experience in PDX is indicative of SkyHop Global everywhere, I'm going to encourage our company to continue to use SkyHop Global. (I'll try to find a way to make sure "J.F." gets recognized.)

Formerly Allied Airbus changed name probably to change their reputation. Its usually one dispatcher in an office completely overwhelmed with the call volume and lack of competent drivers. On top of that, the FAs and Pilots are often completely clueless and expect the dispatcher to know layouts of airports they have never been to. Managment is very bad and the company had a big lawsuit after treating their employees unfairly and often doing illegal things such as having drivers pickup FAs and pilots in personal vehicles.
