First jump ever on Sunday and I had an amazing time, John made me feel so comfortable and it went great, definitely coming back for more!!!

Megan was so helpful with all of our last minute changes. Steve "Utah" provided the best jumping experience and Jimmy "Storm" caught the action. Couldn't have asked for a better first jump. Highly recimmend this place and their wonderful staff

I had a great first experience. I was with JM for my skydive. While gearing up, he made me feel at ease. His conversation with me was genuine. He was thorough and kept me informed through everything.

Best place ever had a blast I advice you to come here you will have the best time of your life just get in your car now i'm saying you need to go!!!!

Awesome people run this place. They make skydiving as safe as it possibly can be, best gear in the business and make sure to educate you before you get on the plane. Been here twice and would go back a thousand more times.

I went to Sky Dive the Ranch this past Sunday for my second tandem. I had an amazing experience. Joe, Emma, Helen and Eric were all super courteous. Everyone at the facility was very nice. Eric, my tandem instructor, explained everything I needed to know and made me feel very safe. Eric gave me instructions while in free fall, and in the canopy. The back flips and rolls were amazing by the way Eric, thank you SO much. Truly looking forward to doing that again. We landed softly and I didn't even get dirty this time lol. As soon as we landed I wanted to go back up again. I'll be coming back here a lot...probably forever :) Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and professionalism. Fly baby, fly!

Such a great experience. Got there at 9 and left by 10. JM was an awesome instructor and Leland made an awesome video. Definitely plan on going again!

Came here for my second jump and I've never felt more comfortable... my instructor John was really cool and mad sure I was ok through out the whole experience... definitely coming again!!!

Skydive the ranch was beyond professional and fun. This was my first dive and I felt beyond safe and secure during my jump. My fly master Eric was such a ham all I could so was smile and feel happy about what was about to come.. Instructions were clear at all times. Customer service is beyond anyone s expectations. I also had video and photos taken of my jump and they were amazing.. I am already trying to plan my next jump!

i was there in summer 2015 it was amazing and friendly, specially my instructor was amazingly great and the photographer is highly experience and the service is great, and the price is a catch, i would definitely go back,,,,,,,,

Only good thing about that place is the instructor that was with me. Very friendly and kind. Always made sure I was ok. However, the girl at the reception was very unkind, I would say rude. And that was only towards us. Because we were black. So I have one question for her or anyone who sees other race inferior, how does that help you in your life? Do you get richer, smarter,? Nope. Ignorance is becoming a culture here. Be kind to people. Oh and btw the BATHROOM is DISGUSTING. This comment might be deleted when they see it, but the goal is not for client to see it and decide whether to go there or not (I don t really care), the goal is for her to see or any member there. It was unbelievable the way she treated us. Keep up with that kind of mindset, I hope you get a dollar $1 every time you rude to someone. Get rich soon, oh and don t forget to send me some cash. 4 customers lost, cause we are not going back there ever again.

I've only jumped twice and both have been at The Ranch. Everyone that works there and the community of people there are awesome and always know how to keep u relaxed, at the same time teaching new things to help acclimate you to the sport. They have a pleasant community vibe that is rare to find in most places. I would definitely refer new jumpers and seasoned jumpers to go and enjoy themselves and learn something new

That was so much fun, Eric my tandem was awesome. Big Jim my photo/ video was great. The whole experience could not have been better. It was better than my expectations, and very easy to do

My first skydive was an amazing experience! The whole experience, including booking, check-in, pre-jump instructions, my instructor Eric and all staff was fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxed, fun and friendly. But above all, it was obvious that safety was priority number one. All instructors and other jumpers checked everything multiple times and I felt completely safe. If you're thinking of jumping - DO IT - and Skydive The Ranch is THE place to do it

Great time sky diving with my kids and their friends at Sky Dive the Ranch! The tandem jumpers really helped to make it a great experience. The relaxed atmosphere and the feeling that everyone who works here loves the work ( if you can call it that ), puts a level of fun and relaxation to what some people are probably having 2nd thoughts about. Being a 1st timer, I highly recommend this place as THE place.

Just WOW! Fantastic experience at Skydive The Ranch for my first tandem jump. Everyone there was happy, helpful, and NICE. Great group of people that make sure you have a top-notch experience. My instructor Jeff Daniels was GREAT! It's two days later and I still can't wipe the grin off my face! The finished pics and video package turned out amazing, and I can't stop watching! If you go for your first jump DO NOT pass on the video package. Thanks to the awesome experience provided by the great folks there, I'll be pursuing skydiving with their instructional program. FLY BABY FLY!!!

I have been jumping since 1972, and this was my 1668 th jump, so I'm not first jump awed, or stuff.

I'll tell you what, I could not have been treated any better! Speaking as a 70 year old guy who hasn't jumped in 25 years I have nothing but positive things to say.
It's typical skydive guys, always ready to help, and I had a Beautiful day, and made two new friends.

Went a few years back for my first skydiving experience. I had the best instructor I could ask for. He was extremely comforting and knowledgeable, and every question I had he answered happily. Easily one of the best experiences of my life and I would highly recommend this place to anybody trying to have a once in a lifetime experience.

What an awesome addictive adventure, Honestly can t say enough about how good the customer service was. From the first phone call to my instructor Utah Steve. This place will definitely see me for years to come. If your even thinking about skydiving you owe it yo yourself to avoid the rest and get over there. Skydive The Ranch is the only place for me.

Smoothest Landing I ve ever had skydiving, fun staff.

Having been to Skydive the Ranch twice now, I can't say enough. The staff are experienced, fun, and they have the operation down to a very smooth process. I've been elsewhere in Upstate NY once before and comparing the two places are night and day. They know what they are doing at STR and I highly recommend.

This drop zone feels like home. You ll always have fun and will always lean something new from the deep pool of knowledgeable skydivers here.

This place is seriously AWESOME! They are friendly and so experienced with everything. Me and my friends had such a great time that we ll remember forever. It was a first for all of us and everyone was super helpful with calming nerves. Just make sure you get the picture and video package because you re going to want to show everyone!

Thrilling experience!! The instructors really helped ease our nerves by talking to us before hand about what we should expect up in the air. I felt completely safe. The video/photos are expensive, but I believe they were worth it. We went during a skydiving festival so we were also able to see a lot of people falling from the sky-pretty cool! Our instructors John, Utah, and Igor, and our videographers were all amazing, so thank you!

Went back to Skydive The Ranch after a 19 year hiatus and had a great tandem jump - can't believe I waited so long to go back! The service was stellar from start to finish; my jumpmaster, Eric N., was great and made me feel totally comfortable and excited about the jump. Highly recommend, without reservation. And looking forward to more jumps at Skydive The Ranch!

I'm a student at skydive the ranch and must say its an incredible place, great people, great staff, awesome atmosphere. That being said, when do you re-open for 2020 season? Itching to get back up there!!

this place is amazing! I love the atmosphere.... my first skydive was in 2008 and I loved it back then but the skydive was a gift and I was too poor to take up the sport.... fast forward to today and 25 successful jumps all made at the ranch later I can honestly say the staff/instructors/coaches are all amazing. When I get stuck on something their knowledge is free flowing and I owe my progression in the sport all to them. I ALWAYS recommend them and have had 5 of my friends jump with me for one of my birthdays.... 5 tandems and me a student.... 5 is insertions experiences and one happy birthday girl.... also stop by the pro shop, they have awesome stuff and Sonic is a great person to get advice about any skydiving equipment

Top staff, flexible on jump times, they give you a discount if you are a repeat jumper. They make great vidoes so if it's you first jump get it. You can't beat the price and they have decades of experience across the team. Book early and budget an extra 30 mins in travel time the road there can congested at a moment's notice. Save your self a TON if time and print and sign the waiver in advance and save 20 mins. If you have nervous friends let then know early and they will have your tandem partner go through all the details to help calm them down. Have a blast!

This is the second time my son and I have jumped with the ranch and the first time for my daughter and my sons girlfriend. It was my daughters 18th birthday and it didn t disappoint. Everyone was positive, reassuring and full of good energy!! Tall Eric, handsome Eric, Igor, Comrade , Tristen (amazing video!!!! Ty) John and everyone else TY TY TY!!!! A day we will never forget

Terrible staff, really not good for first timers, and not understanding at all about cancellations or rescheduling, they d rather keep your measly $40 deposit than our customer loyalty. Better to jump somewhere else!

The staff was the greatest very helpful and my jump instructor was the best John. He made me feel so at ease. and so ready to take my first jump,,He explained everything every step of the way , I will be doing this again and my daughter is going to be with me jumping again, She'll be doing her first and I'll be doing my second,. The photographer was great also he got every step of my jump , putting on my harness,to boarding the plane,at the door and going out the door , All the photos were just perfect

Had my first tandem jump and I say first because there's no way I can't not go again. My guy John and the videographer Comrade were amazing. Made me feel at ease the entire time and I needed it. John kept me calm the whole way up, pointing out locations on the ground to dristract me (It's almost like they've done this before). Once you make the jump, amazing views and an amazing experience that I can't even put to words. Also, definitely get the video if it's your first time. It's worth it.

I get why these guys do it again and again. You'll never get the rush like you do jumping out of an airplane I'll tell you that.

Made my first tandem jump with Steve "Utah". It was an awesome experience. It was a little rushed at the beginning but the staff was very helpful and courteous. Steve was awesome and explained everything start to finish. Get the video package it was worth the money! I plan on returning to start the AFF course.

I've done 4 tandem skydives at Skydive The Ranch and every time the experience was better and better! This is the place to go for your 1st, 2nd, 3rd skydive. Or even more. The tandem masters are all awesome, patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Not a far car ride from the city or you can even take the bus. Views of the mountains that you will never forget. Wouldn't recommend you go anywhere else! Skydive the Ranch!

I absolutely loved skydiving. My first time was at Skydive The Ranch. I cannot as a human being tell you how much fun I had. No words can describe how it felt but I'm telling you it felt absolutely fantastic to jump from a plane that is so high in the air that you almost feel like you're flying. I would love to be a skydiving Instructor so when people ask me what is my job, like what do I do for a living I can tell them "oh me, oh I just jump out of planes' and say that like it's a normal everyday traditional job that a lot of people have. To me that will be awesome to just say my job is to jump out of planes with other people. I sincerely thank Skydive The Ranch for being such a great awesome place. I did feel nervous at first going in but the staff there was super nice and I felt safe and comfortable especially when my instructor said he had over 7,000 jumps and I was just amazed. Also I did meet the owner and he was also awesome again thank you very much and I will definitely be back again and again and soon you will know my full name and the staff and I will create a powerful relationship. That's how many times I will go there. Thank you!!!

My wife and brother in law jumped on saturday. It was an awesome experience. Very laid back atmosphere and the instuctors and staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't recomend the ranch enough.

Not exactly the place for me. The people were all pretty cool but not a big fan of the landing area or the nonchalant attitude about landing direction. When I asked which way are we landing I was told "Well what ever way you land is the direction you are landing." Was not cool with that at all. Upon landing had a whole lot of jousting going on and that was when I decided this is not the place for me.
If you are into what ever happens happens you will love it here. If you have safety in the forefront probably not the place from you.

Great staff, very helpful & accommodating & confident. My guy Jeff made me feel comfortable & @ ease. Gave a quick rundown, before, on the plane ride up & while on our little tour in the air..lol. I wanted something EPIC to do to celebrate my 60th Birthday during this horrible pandemic year. Couldn't do a big blowout party with a band and karaoke. What could possibly provide that kind of epic experience? THIS, THIS THIS! I cannot say enough positive things about the entire operation at the Ranch. They accommodated our changing schedule, they had fantastic customer service before, during and after. Each of us had our own guide and video person. ( I highly recommend getting the video-- well worth the cost. People are raving about the photos) All were professional, knowledgeable, patient and good spirited. There was a smooth process from arrival, to fitting, instructions, loading and finally the jump. It was EVERYTHING I had imagined and hoped for. It made my 60th Birthday the EPIC event I was hoping for. I was joined on this experience by my son Trevor and my friend and fellow cancer survivor Janice. She had this on her bucket list. It was truly one of those life altering events for us both. DO THIS! It was a dream come true. Thank you Skydive the Ranch!

First jump for a friend and myself. Jeff was calm and reassuring---exactly what I'd want my first tandem jump to be like! Our videographers were better than I would have imagined possible---who straps a dsrl & gopro to their helmet and then uploads within the hour?
