WOW if you have ever considered skydiving this is the place to go. My wife surprised me with a birthday jump on Aug. 16. Well organized and friendly knowledgeable staff. Jumped with Chris he was excellent ! Beautiful views of the ocean and Newport area from the sky. Pay a bit extra and get the video package every time I watch it I am smiling from ear to ear.

Newport Skydive's team is amazing!! The staff are super friendly! I came here for my first jump and they made this experience one that cannot be forgotten. The views where we jump are incrediable.

My mother and I chose Skydive Newport for our first experience and could not have been more pleased. The instructors were patient, funny and extremely proficient. It was a smoothly run operation and I highly recommend them. I'm ready to do it again!

This was my second jump, but first at Skydive Newport. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The weather was iffy the day we were scheduled to jump, so they let us change our reservation to a day earlier, and kept us in the loop with weather cancellations. They were even able to get us in sooner than planned due to weather cancellations. The weather ended up clearing up and we had a great jump with gorgeous views! My friends and I paid for the photo package. We were extremely surprised and happy that the pictures were sent to us within an hour, and the video was sent within the next day. I would recommend Skydive Newport to anyone looking for a safe jump with beautiful scenery!

Note: The planes only fit 2 tandem jumpers at one time. This was different for me since my first jump held about 15 jumpers at one time. Just recognize this if you have more than 2 people who want to jump together, you will need to take separate planes.

I don t know where to start. This was such an amazing experience. From the second you walked in everyone was so nice and friendly. They really make you feel comfortable and always asking if I have any questions as a first timer. Visiting from the west coast Newport skydive came highly recommend and I can see why. Love that it s a family operation and you can see they take great pride in what they do. The entire facility was immaculate which tells me so much about the experience I was about to have. The tandem institutor/jumper was seasoned and gave me total confidence in there ability. The just was so much fun with the ultimate views. I d do this again in a second. I highly recommend the video and phot package. It was great to see it again as it all went by so fast I missed a lot. Well worth getting. Thanks a million Skydive Newport.

Fun and different...I decided to surprise my husband for our anniversary...quick tour above Newport and enjoyed seeing a different view.

This review is for Garrett who had the best time of his life with his family for his son and his 21st birthday. The place is phenomenal Chris can even handle a big guy like myself. Everyone must put it on their bucket list. The people are kind the place is well-equipped.

This was the most humbling, blissful, and freeing experience I have ever felt. I jumped on 8/24/2018 with Chris and he made sure I felt safe and comfortable while also making sure to point out the gorgeous Newport views!! There were young and older people participating in this which made me feel very confident. I highly recommend this for anyone! I will be doing this again!

One of the best things i've ever done! My friend and I came out last Sunday to jump but it was too windy - despite us wanting to go, the instructors determined it was wasn't safe for us to skydive. This morning (Aug 2nd 2019), we arrived bright and early and were the first jump of the day. Matt safely brought us up to our drop height, Chris and Eric were absolutely awesome for our jumps, and Marc and Cherri where there for us when we landed. The photo and video package is a must and is done so professionally!

Skydive Newport was nothing short of amazing I jumped tandem with Chris on 8-19-19 and it was the most incredible experience I have ever had. Skydive Newport was extremely professional, prices were reasonable, and Chris was nothing but calming and awesome as he walked me through the step by step process of skydiving. Would highly recommend to those who want a safe and life changing experience.

The best place to start your post sky diving life. Believe me, if you sky dive here(specifically with Chris), you'll love the experience and would want to go back again and again. I was there last week and I am already planning to go there again. Its a really special place to skydive due to the scenic views of various islands of the Newport area and the Atlantic Ocean behind all of them. I spent Memorial Day Weekend in Newport, Rhode Island. While I was there I wanted to do something exciting so I choose to go skydiving. I looked into Skydive Newport and I saw the great reviews so I booked a session.

I jumped for the first time ever on 8/1/17 with Nicky. The entire staff was awesome, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left - I wasn't horribly nervous to begin with, but whatever tiny jitters I had disappeared instantly due to the incredible support from everyone on staff.

Nicky and crew were friendly, funny, engaging, and just downright awesome. The facilities were great, clean, and super safe. They double and triple checked everything, provided easy safety instructions, and basically walked me through every detail of the jump. Very reasonable pricing.

The weather was perfect, and Nicky even provided me with an aerial tour of Newport on our way down! I also purchased the video/photo package, and received an amazing video (and some insane photos) that will help me relive the experience over and over again.

They genuinely cared about making the experience as fun and unforgettable as possible for me, and I can't thank them enough for providing me with such an incredible jump from all aspects. I wish I could find something to complain about, but the entire experience was amazing beyond my highest expectation.

10/10 would recommend, and I will 110% be back soon (Hopefully over Block Island later this month)!

I had an amazing experience at Skydive Newport! I was greeted at the door by a very friendly woman who guided me to the location to meet my group. There I met the owner who jokingly assured our safety and walked us through the waiver process which was all done on iPAD's and very user friendly. I then met Chris who helped me get into my gear, tested my gear on the ground, and then again in the plane, before he tossed me out of an airplane. At no point did I ever feel uneasy about being strapped to Chris or the gear failing in any way. All the equipment, including the plane and friendly pilot, were well kept. As we fell from the sky, Chris navigated with his hands so I knew exactly where to look for the best views of Newport and the surrounding areas. Once the shoot was pulled and we could hear each other, Chris told me all about the islands in the distance and pointed out landmarks. I felt like I received an air view tour of Newport along with the thrill of my life. The ride to the EXTREMELY GENTLE landing was breath taking! I would recommend this professionally run business to anyone thinking of skydiving. It was incredible!!

I was surprised to feel very safe during my whole experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt safe and as though the team were experienced and confident. Although there is always significant risks with skydiving, the team at Skydive Newport are focused, professional and confident in their work. Unfortunately, my only complaint was COVID-19 prevention is difficult in a place like this. A risk perhaps worth considering! I will definitely be back.

This was my first time jumping on 5/25/19 and it was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Chris was an incredible instructor; he turned what was one of the scariest moments of my life and made me feel safe, calm, and most importantly, excited. You could not ask for a better view than Newport and Chris was awesome enough to point out all the recognizable spots. I would 1,000% recommend this experience and have already been raving and convincing all my friends and family to do it. I will absolutely be back. The place was awesome period. Came up on Friday with my brothers was my bday we set up an appointment early in week and was called early in day to confirm. The whole processes is simple and straight forward once your there to sign up. They Thoroughly explained the whole process with the person who was jumping with me went into further detail as I asked question and during the whole jump. The first day we had rain and the gentlemen running the show (the eldest) kept apologizing for the weather like man I felt he wanted me to have my best day and I appreciated it. Lasltly it s for all ages bring as many friends a and family the more the merrier I ll be back for sure... it was only my first time in a plane! THANK YOU SKYDIVE NEWPORT.

Yesterday June 10th my brother, mom, brothers gf, and her brother all went skydiving with Chris! I was nervous to go sky diving myself but after watching them go and how awesome Chris was it made me want to go skydiving myself! I highly recommend sky diving here! I've jumped 4 times with Newport Skydive and each time is better than the last. Their emphasis on safety and customer service is by far exemplary. I would recommend any one of their instructors however Nick Sergi is my go to guy! This place is amazing. Take a leap of faith and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Experience of a lifetime. My brother and I went skydiving yesterday morning, and everything about it from getting ready to jump to being on the plane was just so awesome. The picture/video package is well worth the money; the instructors take phenomenal shots. This has been my second time skydiving at Skydive Newport, but both times were equally as amazing. The only negative part of the experience is how quick it goes by! The view is like no other. Hoping to make this an annual event :) special thanks to Chris and Eric!!!

I did my second jump on 9/11/17 again with Eric and it was fabulous. You will never find a better place to jump, all the staff are wonderful. They are informative and you feel so safe. I love that they love their jobs hum not sure jobs is quit right as how could this be a job lmao. This jump was extra special as I had the pleasure of jumping with my friend Jenny and seeing her so excited just made it electric. Our plane ride was a blast as we were pumped up. Did my first jump here. My tandem, Chris, was fun, polite and an expert at his job. Couldn't have felt safer while doing this activity.

Today (9/11/17) I went skydiving for the first time, and it was awesome! My instructor Nicky, was fun, made me feel calm, and overall provided me with an awesome experience. Skydive Newport was obviously very safety conscious, and their staff were all very friendly, supportive, and got you excited for the jump. I would highly recommend skydiving, and I would highly recommend doing it at Skydive Newport.

I went to Skydive Newport today (5/20/17- 2pm jump) with a group of six. We were all first time jumpers and did not know what to expect. Absolutely MINDBLOWING!!!! Super awesome staff and experience , if you want to experience one of the highest HIGHS you"ll ever get then i recommend them to everyone , Definitely going back this summer.

Honestly there isn t much else to say about these guys and this establishment other than the word of Excellence. The facility is very well kept and updated and very nice equipment. My girlfriend and I jumped here on a beautiful Saturday morning. At first, we were not planning to be able to jump due to the possibility of windy conditions, however, the wind held and they were very up-front about our reservation and whether we were green lit to jump. Chris and Eric are probably the most chill dudes you ll meet and were excellent to jump with. This was my second time skydiving and the first time for my girlfriend. 10/10 will be recommending them to anyone and everyone who wants to try skydiving in the MA/RI area.

if you've never jumped before, buy the picture package. dont even think twice about it. the first time i jumped, i regretted it up until now and im glad i bought it with these guys because everything was bitch'n.

Sunday, April 22nd @ 12pm, marked my first jump at Skydive Newport. The experience started out great with an exceptional customer service experience from the minute I booked the jump. The staff was wonderful and very professional. The staff answered all our questions and more. The staff made us feel at ease and as comfortable as possible at all times. My guides name was Eric and I would highly recommend jumping with him. He had a great attitude and a lot of knowledge. I felt very comfortable jumping with him. The jump itself is absolutely epic. The feeling and high is hard to explain so I recommend taking the leap! Such a great experience all around at Skydive Newport.
