Waited over 30 minutes for waters, after an hour of waiting we were informed that they were out of the items we ordered. Terrible service, surprised this place is still in business. We left after an hour of nothing. Many options in Knoxville do not waste your time here.

I'm almost 100% sure this place is a front for laundering money. There is never really anyone in here for the prime location it is. Sometimes you'll get your food on time, sometimes you won't. You can get good service from the bar though.
The food isn't that bad, but too expensive, the stuff was rude, I was there two weeks ago, and there was a fight between an American and a middle eastern guy the manger got involved and kicked the American guy who didn't do anything. I wouldn't suggest this place for anyone, if you want to have good time.
Great atmosphere with lots of tvs to keep an eye on your favorite sports. The guy at the front door has a cool mustache. Highly recommend
Great atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice little patio right on Gay Street. Very clean and cozy. $5.40 was a little surprising for a dollar fifty can of beer. But it was worth it.

Best Sports bar in Knoxville! Stacey is the bartender/ mixologist ever! Great food, great service. Sweet heat chicken is my favorite. Lots of screens to watch the Vols on! Always entertaining conversation in between....
We were waiting for 15 mins for water and lemon as we were looking at the menu. We come there often and it was horrible service we were the only people ordering food and me as a sever she was favoring people date 3/10/19 leaving at 9:55pm
The best bar in Knoxville by far! They have a ton of great food pick from and everything is super clean. The service is friendly and exceptionally fast. Friday and Saturday night are a blast!

The bar is alright but the bottom part where the hooka is located ia great but inconsistant bar tenders is why its a 3 star
I've had better nachos in my microwave. Staff was very nice and eager to help, but the greatest service can't make up for the horrid food... fyi, I'll eat anything but couldn't finish the nachos, was scared to try anything else.

Was very excited to try Skybox when it popped up on Grubhub, but was disappointed when my driver arrived carrying a single bag that contained. nothing from my order. While.the driver obviously should have checked the accuracy of my order, a quick look.at the ticket going out the door would have alerted the staff to it being incorrect.
What should have been an evening filled with dolmas and nachos has been relegated to eating what I can find in the fridge. I guess that will be better for me in the long run, and I'll never know the if any of their burgers, sandwiches, or gyros are any good.
Pity... Should have read the Grubhub reviews first.
Israel was an absolutely fantastic bartender, he truly wanted to give an exceptional experience and cared for the quality of my drink. I am definitely going back to see Israel and grab a nice whiskey sour.

I am from out of town. Wanted to watch the basketball finals and googled sports bars, this came up so we went. Not many people inside. Ordered drinks and food. When we received our food, I took a few bites. I was sitting at the bar when I noticed something moving up and down the pillar. I see it again and noticed it was a roach. Then I look again and 2 more appear. It was absolutely disgusting! I lost my appetite and left. How unclean and unsanitary! Never will I go back if I'm back in Knoxville.

I was in from out of town. I googled best steak in Knoxville. Lonesome Dove populated as #1 result. I arrived at 9:20pm to get the tomahawk ribeye they had as their specialty. In Google maps they have the restaurant closing at 10pm.... I walked in and all 3 bar tenders stated....we closed the kitchen at 9:15pm. Sorry. I stated, oh ok, I thought it said you close at 10pm (45 min from now). Yea, we'll serve you a drink but our kitchen is closed.
I visited every possible restaurant that served a good cut of steak in the vicinity from 9:20 to 10pm....all stated...sorry, kitchen is closed.... long before there advertised time.
However, I finally walked in Skybox sports bar at 10:04.... knowing that they probably didn't have that nice cut of steak I was craving....and STACY the bar tender welcomed me, said come on in, have a seat, would you like something to eat? I'm sitting here eating their lamb chops and Stacy is gonna get a tip bigger than what she probably made all night.
Long story short, if you're in from out of town and looking for some good food and a staff that appreciates your business (passed 9pm)...just head straight to SkyBox sports bar.
