Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park - Toronto Review

Staff is good but overall supervision in rush hours isn't great. Place is great for families and kids.

We love it here! It's a ton of fun, and great way to pass the time when the weather gets nasty.

Really nice place. There are different trampolines for different games and you can have so much fun!! I enjoyed very much.

This park is jammed pack on the weekends. Slightly unorganized with the little cubbies in the front - do not leave anything valuable in there... Things are moved around pretty often by random families. Your child is sure to have a great time but i wouldn't mind seeing better supervision. Most staff there seem to be the weekend 16 yo distracted part timers and your child's safety isn't necessary always their top priority. Just be aware of that.

Really disappointed with my first visit here (which will likely the last).
I went there with my 2 year old on Sunday at 9 am, and the place was packed. I had ready paid for the tickets and signed the waiver online, but the line was still long to get checked in and get the socks.

At check-in, I was told that I paid for my kid and I but since I'm not allowed to jump with her I don't need to pay so they refunded me that, BUT if I wanted to be with my daughter in the actual trampoline I had to buy the socks. Without the socks, I could only stand on the blue edges between the squares! This is an absolute rip off, compare to Air Riderz in Mississauga where Toddler time means you can actually jump with your kid because that time is designated for kids and their parents. After toddler time is over the kids are moved to the toddler designated area where adults can't jump and that makes perfect sense. Additionally, Air Riderz doesn't charge you for kids ages 2 and under! And this please charged my for socks even though I didn't jump.

For 9 am, the place was packed with parents and kids and the kids were bumping into each other where at Air Riderz the space is bigger and it's not as crammed in the morning.

Then there are the lockers. When I went to use them, I was surprised that I needed to use a townie! Again, Air Riderz gives you a digital lock free locker.

Overall, the experience was just not good and I will likely not return here.

This place is awesome, but the staff should be able to allow other families to have an extra time to allow the children to play when they are late.

Good place. Fun and unique way to have fun and also get a good workout at the same time. There is a waiver to sign so be careful when jumping. People with knee problems or ankle issues should take it easy as you jump. Took my kids they had a great time. Noticed they have a couple of party rooms which would be great for parties. They have private jumping areas for parties which is good if you want to jump or have Dodgeball game.

Nice indoor place .there is more places to have more improvement.

Fun and exciting but if you aren't able to get your bounce on could be a little boring. Beware the foam pit, getting out is a lot harder than getting in.

Fun place for kids and birthday parties. A little chaotic but all together fun. Great staff

Great fun for the kids. Lots of trampolines. Rules are one person per trampoline and there are alot! Need to buy time. Time is allocated. Food and drinks available. Carry hand sanitizer and water for the kids. They get thirsty easily. Quite the workout.

Awesome experience, if you love dodge-ball be sure to come at a busy time.
You can slam dunk, just don't hold on to the rim.

What can i tell you about Skyzone trampoline park located north of toronto on Esandar street. If you like playing dogeball this place is pretty fun. You get adrenaline playing this game, i recommend going with friends. Just visited this place and noticed it was such a nice place to go to. Would want to visit again,

A good, fun way to kill a couple of hours. Lots of little children at the time, so patience was most definitely a required virtue. Couldn't play dodgeball because of them.

Parking is more chaotic than the actual warehouse full of hundreds of children jumping on trampolines

Love this place for a great cardio workout that makes you feel like a kid, let loose and have fun! It's extremely packed on weekends though. Would definitely recommend going on a weekday if possible.

Extremely expensive place for kids to jump around. It s built for the elitist crowd who can afford to have their nannies take the kids here. The kids love it but it s not a place you go often without breaking the bank. (Edit: They have $10 Tuesdays for 60 min of jumping)

Good time with family but a bit on the pricey side. Would totally buy a lifetime membership but I m fairly certain they don t offer it

Great place, a lot of fun. However it's almost impossible to know what is going on. They have 10 teenagers running the place and trying to figure out how to use the facility is maddening.

Awesome place for kids, especially ones with seemingly infinite energy! Staff is helpful and friendly, snacks and beverages on site.

I Honestly love this place it is perfect for people between 8-16 the only problems i found were the fact that it is rather far away from most things and the fact that the dodgeball courts and usually under private use whenever i go

Came there with three friends. Playing dodgeball on trampolines was really fun but it was crowded.

I prefer this location over the one in Vaughan. I find it less crowded and hectic. But my daughter loves sky zone no matter what.

Great time, good DJ, will probably sit on the sidelines with the rest of the adults next time. Legs sore for days.

great place to spend with the kids. long line ups though. Wasn't sure why one of the play areas was empty and chained off, maybe hire more staff?

Great place poorly managed. My kids didn't know where they could go and kept getting corrected. I asked for a rules sheet and they said there isn't one....my daughter kept asking me why they were telling her to stop. I still don't know. Some sort of colour system was happening

I was there today with my 5 kids , and it was an awesome experience ! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Loved that there was honestly nothing for me to do lol. Great trip and awesome staff!!!

I highly recommend this place! My daughter is doing camp here. Staff are friendly, the place is clean and it looks like so much fun! They have a lot of activities. Can you have an adult camp??

Great place to bring kids and younger family members to. Be sure to stay hydrated as it is quite a workout!

Great facility, well maintained. Well priced and a whole load of fun. Staff are friendly, but too young to enforce safety - seem to be all school kids. I'm there often and see near misses all the time.

Children absolutely love coming here! Great exercise. One crucial part is missing from the establishment: guidelines for safety with hands-on employee interaction.

This park was one of the best parks that ive been to. Had a lot of fun here especially with the kids. Not sure as to why I haven't been here sooner, but this place is really fun, and really exciting for most age groups!

If I was rating them based on the corporate level service experienced when placing the order for my daughter s birthday party I would be giving them a rating of NEGATIVE 4 stars.

Be extremely careful. Trampolines are clearly not recommended by doctors. You can injure yourself really bad. I'm 27 and I tore my acl while throwing a basketball into the net. I guarantee someone was jumping behind me while I was in mid air coming down. I highly doubt the young employee was watching to make sure no one came on while I was on the trampoline. It states only one person allowed at a time. I'm still going to physio and still am NOT 100%. That's why they make you sign the waiver. Be careful..process of healing takes taking forever. I finally got surgery for my torn acl and it is NOT fun.

Went here for a work retreat, what a great time! Great alternative to working out at a gym.

It is very boring and there is not a lot of things to do. You will also receive a headache.

The new owners were really nice, came here for a work event it was fun and engaging. Would come again in the future.

We've been playing in a trampoline dodgeball league here for a few years. A lot of fun! They have huge areas for jumping, trampoline basketball courts, foam pits and the dodgeball courts. Lots of fun for kids young and old. Just know what you're getting into, trampolines are dangerous.

Had fun here, it was worth it for the time being there. This is such a wonderful place to bring kids and a great place to also throw kid birthday parties , had such a fun time.
