Bounce around on trampolines, jump into foam blocks, jump and dunk on basketball hoops and jump around playing dogeball. I wish there were more activities, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Worst experience at a trampoline park ever. Went for my 7yos bday as it was the only thing she planned to do on her b'day. 2 hours for 5 people 142$. No biggie right!? Well, multiple parts were blocked off, I was told they'd be open when more people came, so what's the point of us paying when we can't utilize the whole park. I just let it go so my child can enjoy her time, well not even an hour into jumping she was hungry. I goto get food from the concession stand and they don't have pizza. I ask if I can bring my own in as we have another hour to jump and the kids are hungry and was told no. I tried to get nachos and cheese, but they didn't have cheese. I asked for a refund for our hour we didn't use as we left to eatand got 8$ for each of us for the unused hour. Last week we had visited a different jump park for a friend's bday and had the total opposite experience. I'm extremely upset so much time and money was wasted on what was to be a special occasion.

Easy online booking and affordable pricing. When we arrived the outside is littered with yellow time stickers, when you walk into building there is no one or signage to direct you to which station is necessary first. We jumped from cashier to waiver station back to cashier. Half of lockers dont work or are littered with candy and sticky residue. The staff is not very friendly and very unhelpful. Not once since we were there did i ever see any staff wipe any equipment down. My son did have fun jumping but we will not be returning as I find this place very unsanitary. The bathrooms are disgusting and there are hand towels wrapped around bottom of toilets and no soap in bathrooms and floor was soaked. With the money that was charged...i think this place could use some updating on sanitary practices, equipment and better customer support. Handicap accessibility ground floor only.

First time at this location. Paid close to $50 online for two tickets for the kids for 1.5 hrs. Upon arriving, we bought one pair of socks for my daughter, but my son had a pair from another trampoline park. 15 minutes in, we were told that we had to purchase SkyZone socks. I asked why, if we had identical jump socks from a different place, did we have to purchase SkyZone socks? Corporate policy was the answer, despite the policy not being posted anywhere in the building. Since they reserve the right to revoke your admission for any reason, be prepared to spend extra money if they decide you need to. Better yet, take your business elsewhere.
