So my husband and i went to the hotel for out 15th anniversary. The hotel was extremely clean and staff super welcoming. We were checked in early and given a balcony suite as we requested by an extremely professional check in team. Being a special weekend for us, we were personally greeted And escorted to our room by the hotel manager, Heidi who followed us with complimentary champagne. The entire staff from casino to Willows cafe were awesome! Especially Heidi. We will be back next year. definitely 5STARS!!

Only 4 because no pool or bowling! What!!!?? I have been to several pools and parks this last year and seen so many options for sanitation for new protocols- and the tribe should invest in any one of them to get their pools up. Both the casino and Ignacio rec center's pools are genuinely my "party of 3" 's favorite hometown spots. That said. That was our only downside.
The food was fresh, fast and we highly recommend the onion tower!
The staff was attentive and friendly, even with the new protocols-mask, temp check at door and limited hours-the experience is always outstanding because of the excellent customer service of this casino.
New no smoking is pretty nice too, even from a smoker! This is a place a stones throw from my home. I have driven past it closed for over a year. It actually warms my heart to see pre2020 return to Southwest Colorado! And you can bet I will be bringing the my "family of 3" by for quick bowling or arcade time during the week.

Really fantastic casino. Stayed at the adjacent RV campground. Bill, the site host, is an incredibly kind gentleman and helped us get situated (Tina at the hotel desk was sweet and kind in getting us booked for the night). Really can't say enough about the check in process. The wait staff are also exceptionally friendly and great. Casino itself is smaller but really enjoyed playing here. Was well worth the stop in.

Very clean with very friendly staff. RV camping was quite with electrical, sewer and water hookups. Also dog friendly with nice dog run. Casino had nice assortment of slots and table games. Indoor pool was clean with towels provided. Food at Willows was excellent and reasonably priced. This is one of the cleanest, friendliest casino resorts in Colorado.

Great experience. Just plan your day with surrounding towns, 30 minutes to Durango for market and restaurants. Everything closes in Ignacio by 6p. No eateries after 8pm in casino. Bring food if after hours. Vendor machine no maintenance if items get stuck.

Very nice resort. Rooms have very nice beds with down comforters and awesome pillows. The bathrooms are enourmous with separate showers and bath tub. If you stay here I would recommend eating breakfast at the cafe and having the tamales and eggs breakfast. Some of the best tamales I've ever had. I didn't want to leave. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Slot machines are really tight since reopening after the Covid shutdown. They have also stopped all the benefits of having their players card - no restaurant discounts, no give-aways for loyal players. Rather disappointing. On the plus side, the casino and restrooms are very clean and the restaurants are good. Seven Rivers Steakhouse is our favorite restaurant in the area - great food, wonderful atmosphere.

Stayed here for the weekend while visiting friends at Lake Vallicito. Was very pleased with this beautiful hotel! The rooms were large and comfortable and the bathroom was big! Every meal we had was delicious! Can't say enough about the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Very affordable too! Well worth the little detour off Hwy 160.
