These folks are crooks who prey on sick and injured people. My primary care doctor told me to check into the ER because I was experiencing signs of aneurysm. I had a CT Scan and a spinal tap, I was in the ER for one afternoon. My bill was $43,000.00, for a CT scan, a spinal tap, and an afternoon in the ER.

I asked them for an estimate of what it would cost before I received the treatment which of course they couldn't provide (although their billing department seemed to know pretty quickly how much this all cost). I was just told if I didn't get these scans I could get a stroke, so of course I did what the doctors said after hearing that. This is legalized extortion. I don't know how these people sleep at night.

EDIT: Their Patient "Advocates" don't care and won't do a thing to help you. All these folks care about is getting as much money from you as they possibly can and the more hurt or sick you are the more money they'll try to squeeze out of you. Honestly just find a hospital that doesn't gouge sick people as bad as these guys do. Even if I was facing a life threatening emergency and SkyRidge was the closest I'd take the extra time to drive to a different hospital.

I have been to hospitals in two countries and across the United States. This is the best one I've ever been to. They are high tech and have a personal touch. Everyone I met was kind and caring. I had gone in for what appeared to be heart attack symptoms. They got me in a room at the ER asap and started checking me. They worked with me on a variety of things to make sure I didn't have a lung clot. I had neither and they were honest and told me and gave me directions on what to do and they knew I was scared. I had a million questions about every move they made and they explained, patiently, about each detail. They comforted me as well as checking me out thoroughly. They are professional and got to work immediately for anything I needed. I would return in a heartbeat.

When taking my father-in-law for an echo cardiogram, we were greeted and directed to the Admission desk. I had paid and registered in advance so Lisa had me sign a couple of papers. She was very cheerful and professional. Then Sandy took us to the room for the service and laughed at my father-in-law's jokes. Very nice of her. He has Alzheimer's but loves to make people laugh. The Sonya was also very patient with him and very sweet too. It was a delightful experience and my FIL thought everyone was very nice.

Going to Sky Ridge Medical Center was one of the best experiences I ve had at a Medical facility. I ended up entering the wrong end of the building and had trouble walking and the staff helped me to get where I needed to go and then helped me get to the building next door for my next appointment. Very caring and professional staff.

I would not recommend not HIPPA compliant with the remodeling have Dr. coming out to the waiting room to share results that everyone can hear. They chose from a list of set discharge results so even though it doesn t match what you went in for they still give it to you with the recommendation for prescriptions that are not needed. I will not be returning

This is hands down the best hospital I have ever been to. All of the doctors treating me in my case were amazing. Every nurse I had truly seemed like they cared and gave me outstanding care. Even the physical therapy team started to feel like family throughout my progress and stay there. The food is even really good! I highly recommend this hospital to anyone!

Outstanding care from the moment I checked in until discharge. The nursing staff is beyond exceptional. This is the place you want to be if in need of surgery. As far as the knee surgeon you won't get better than Dr Chrastil.

I went to SkyRidge with severe bleeding from my rear. When I got to the ER I was at first told to wait my turn. I told the person I was feeling faint and was bleeding from my rear. He took me out of line , got me a wheelchair and told me I HAD TO WAIT MY TURN. So I sat in the waiting room ,sitting in my own blood waiting to be seen. While in the waiting room I felt that I needed to go to the bathroom where I released more blood from my rear. I told this to the admitting person who ignored me. I was finally brought back to a room and I told the nurse what was going on. The care I received in the ER was excellent, I could not have gotten better care . While in the ER I released more blood in a commode.I fainted once in the ER. As I have stated the care I received in the ER was excellent. I was admitted to the hospital and given room 5305. The care I received on the floor was EXCELLENT. The nurses were attentive to my needs, knowledgeable and caring. The Doctors on the other hand were terrible. When I saw one they gave me the impression that they could care less about me. When they spoke to me it was if they had one foot out the door to leave. As I had lost a great deal of blood I assumed I would be getting a blood transfusion.I did not as my hemoglobin count wasn t low enough for one. However I did not receive anything to help raise my hemoglobin. When I was released , I wasn t given any instructions on what to do about my problems. I have a severe headache and am very dizzy when I stand up . I was told that my body would replace the lost blood and I would be fine in a week . After a week of not getting better I went to my Primary Doctor for help. She told me to take vitamin B12 and iron for my condition . I am feeling 100% better since. WHY WAS I NOT GIVEN THIS IN THE HOSPITAL? WHY WAS I NOT TOLD TO DO THIS UPON MY RELEASE FROM THE HOSPITAL? Given a choice as to what hospital I want to go to next time Sky Ridge will be my last choice.

As far as surgery goes the staff was above reproach, the waiting areas and communication for my waiting wife were fantastic (including the volunteers who took the time to sit and chat), and facilities were great... Ha! As best I remember. Going into detail:

1. Arriving the wait times were short with great communication.
2. Pre Op was easy with two very friendly nurses. I would only saw that they should have ordered an enema but not my problem.
3. The best physicians Dr. Xenos. I did meet one surgical nurse and she could not have nicer.
4. Post op I remember waking up and rating my pain as an 8 -- doc had address the bone. Almost immediately the nurse (wish I could remember her name) addressed the issue. I appreciated the fact that they did not rush me out and were more concern about how I felt.
5. The only negative I have is with Apria Healthcare. While not part of the Hospital the Hospital chose them as a vender and therefore is responsible for their service. In my case they provide O2. I was out of O2 with my portable tank. They were to deliver on Friday portable tanks and after two calls from delivery, who did not want to deliver, they never showed up. Calling them Saturday they refused to bring me a portable tanks until Monday.... Saying it was not an emergency. I find this unacceptable. It is unfortunate that such a great experience at Sky Ridge ends on a sour note.

If I had not had to use Apria Healthcare this would have been a 5 star experience.

Dr. Chrastil did a total knee replacement on my right knee. He is the best! He made me feel completely comfortable before and after surgery! I followed all his instructions on the fantastic videos for Pre-Surgical Joint and Post-Surgical Knee Exercises, as well as the paper instructions. I also need to say that the nurses and the entire staff at Sky Ridge Medical Center are so knowledgeable, professional, and extremely friendly! I couldn't ask for a better experience! I am convinced that my recovery will be speedy and successful! Thank you all!

I spent time here as an intern and was incredibly impressed with the strict cleanliness standards, the empathy and compassion shown to the patients, and the overall experience. Seeing things from the other side, I have a new appreciation for the hospital staff that give so much of themselves to care for and save people's lives. It's everything I would hope to see behind the scenes if I were a patient.

Went in after a slew of issues including deadness ...

Went in after a slew of issues including deadness in my arm, extreme blurred vision and vertigo. Over the course of the next 2 hours I was seen by a Dr for a total of about 10-20 minutes, given a CT scan, and then sent home after determining nothing was wrong with me (turns out I was having retina separation as well as had a pinched nerve). Quite frankly, I understand that these doctors aren't experts in everything, and actually furthermore, I'm not even frustrated with the service I received. Everyone was fairly nice, I was admitted quickly, the quality of care was overall solid without further examination by specialists (I would have frankly never gone to the ER...I've actually never been to a Dr in my life...but I went to Urgent Care prior and they were concerned I had a brain aneurysm that was going to rupture). What DOES make me fairly irate is that I received a bill for $2,725.36 for 15 minutes of the Dr's time, NOT including the CT scan costs. I never use my health insurance so this doesn't hit the minimum deductible, but this was such an eyeopener as to what a scam the healthcare system is today. I know friends that have had similar experiences at other ERs where the bill was 1/5 of that. Literally I paid that Dr $10,000 an hour to tell me there was nothing wrong with me. I get its a big shop with multiple support resources and utilities to pay for etc, but this is ludicrous. If you can go to another, "lesser" ER, do so. I don't think the expertise here is any more advanced without specialists, its not worth the insipid cost.

They went above and beyond to make sure we were doing great and kept checking on us if we needed anything. Cannot thank them enough for the great service they provided at this pandemic time. Thank You.

I was just here recovering from my 3rd back surgery and have not ever had a negative experience here. The doctors, surgeons, nurses, OR staff, nutrition people, and the therapists have all been amazing and literally the kindest souls who were patient as I learned to do things differently. I wouldn't trade the care at this hospital for anywhere else in the world. Thanks for making your patients a priority and helping them get back on the road to recovery a little quicker.

I am a registered nurse at Sky Ridge and it is a strange phenomenon to be in the recipient role. I could not have been more pleased with the attention to detail and exceptional care that I received. Dr. Jeffrey James is an excellent surgeon and was attentive to my family's questions and concerns.
Every area of the hospital treated me exceptionally well - from Preadmission testing, Cardiology stress testing, preoperatively, the OR staff, PACU and the inpatient nurses. Special thanks to: Lisa Sorensen, CVNP, Karla Hanneman, Phil Jaklich, Jessica Heywood, Mary Andriano, Ellen, (RN in preop), Melissa (RN in the OR), Sky and Barb Godden, (RNs in the PACU), Matt and Cayla, (inpatient RN's).
So pleased that my family was able to experience what exceptional care is. I am proud to say I work at Sky Ridge and will be able to relay the type of care patients can expect when here. Susie Burnett, RN BSN and patient!

When everything goes wrong this is the place to go. Not only do I have cancer but I ve been hurt and burnt (literally) by other medical professionals in other facilities around Denver. However, Skyridge has always been there for me and my family and always gets to the bottom of the problem so we can identify how to treat the issue.

Skyridge has also saved my son and performed surgeries on him and other friends of mine and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Sky Ridge Medical Center and the staff here are simply the best.

These people are thieves. My wife had popped her jaw while yawning so we went to their ER on the advice of Kaiser. They took her to a room and took her vitals. A while later a doctor came in, looked at her jaw, said it was not dislocated. He wrote a script for pain meds.
Billed $805 for the ER and $226 for the doctor. Over a thousand dollars.
So if you want to get robbed this is the place to go.

Nursing staff was rude and inconsiderate. Because I asked about my discharge they made me wait as long as possible. They got very upset when I questioned medication given me. They never attempted to give me any information or check if all was going well. Very distant and not comforting.

I cannot say enough about the care I received from the nurses during my three day stay. They were all very professional and tried to make me as comfortable as they could. The food was also very good.

My only surprises during my stay was that the sheets were never changed over the three days and nobody ever offered to bathe me. When I asked on my last day if they had a facecloth and hand towel that I could use, I was given a pack of wet wipes and a small towel. I would have thought somebody would have offered to wipe off my face at the very least.

Absolutely flawless! I could not say enough wonder...

Absolutely flawless! I could not say enough wonderful things about every single aspect of my experience at Sky Ridge during my visit for my surgery recently! From the moment I entered the building until weeks after my surgery for check-ins, I felt as though I was the main focus for every nurse, doctor, employee, etc. who interacted with me. While prepping for surgery, I met with the entire surgical team, have all my questions and concerns addressed, worries eased allowing for a calm and stress free entry to surgery (as I was a bit nervous these nerves were quickly brushed away). I can t imagine being any happier or more comfortable going into surgery as I was with thanks to the entire staff at Sky Ridge! When I woke up from surgery, I anticipated having my family at my side, but instead was in a patient-only room with multiple nurses who could not have been more attentive!!! My main post-op nurse, Britni could not have been more spectacular. From the moment I woke up after surgery to the moment I left the initial post-op room, Britni was unbelievably comforting, reassuring when I was uneasy not having my family with me, and really connected with me to help me relax and fully wake up as comfortably as I could ve ever dreamed to be at the time. Although my family wasn t able to join me right away, Britni made sure to send them text message updates so they knew how I was doing every step of the way. Britni, you are an absolute GEM! I appreciate you and everything you did to make me feel absolutely amazing when I had no idea it was possible in the moment. That is wuite a gift! THERE S MORE! Once I was ready to leave the post-op room, I met my family in the recovery room/area where I was again absolutely astonished at the amazingness that is nurse Karla. My family and I could not have been more impressed, appreciative and happy with our experience at Sky Ridge. Thank you everyone for doing what you do so unbelievably well! We are so lucky to have people like you !

The people in the spine and joint center were nice, but it seemed like they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Don't know if they just had too many patients, but they were really confused. Had to correct them on discharge info (based on what the doctor said at my pre op appointment). They didn't have correct info on medications I was already on, even though I checked in weeks ahead of time on the phone. Several pages of my discharge instructions were not sent with me, so I had to follow up with the doctor to confirm certain things. Very disorganized. Had I not been paying attention, I would have gotten wrong information. Maybe either plan less surgeries or how more nurses. It wasn't like this the last time I was there last year.

I would not even consider going to another hospital for back surgery. I had a Thorastic spine fusion some 15 years ago with Dr Jamrich and the team at Skyridge Hospital. 15 years later, a Lumbar fusion. Dr Jamrich is the only Orthopedic Dpine Surgeon that 1) found the issue; 2) would operate and only begin once the right way to do things was a positive. The team At Skyridge Hospital was amazing. Every shift change, I was met with a new crew of positive, knowledgeable and extremely kind people. Amazing experience!

I had the absolute best experience at Sky Ridge for the birth of my son. From checking in with security at the front to the nurses, everyone was SO kind and amazing at what they do. I will never deliver anywhere else! Sue and Martin were the best nurses and made my labor and our stay in postpartum at Sky Ridge the best. Highly recommend!

I've taken my child to the pediatric ER twice now, and we absolutely love the staff! Everyone is very friendly and they don't make you feel like you're wasting their time (unlike the other hospital we're close too). My son and our family are always treated with respect. This is our new Hospital and where we go if we need the ER.

We had an absolutely stellar experience having our first child at Sky Ridge Medical Center. Having recently moved to the area from the east coast and dealing with no family support, we were both a little apprehensive about the impending arrival and life change. The support and holistic care we received from all the staff in Labor and Delivery (Rachel, Emily, Ginny, Erica, Brooke, Sue, Elisabeth, Lorraine and Kayla) was incredible. They made me feel safe and confident the whole time and provided practical and no nonsense support and advice. I walked out after 2 days feeling confident that I could mind my beautiful baby boy. I truly believe these ladies were angels sent to me from God and they will hold a special place in our heart for the rest of our lives.

Sky Ridge Medical Center was a beautiful hospital and very pleasant. Having my third baby in the middle of a pandemic was different than my previous two deliveries at Luther, but the staff were friendly and took all precautions and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Sky Ridge Medical Center to any expecting mother and in general. Thanks!

I've never had anything but positive experiences with this establishment. From the wonderful nurses in the NICU who took amazing care of my son and me to the lady who helped arrange an overnight room for us so we could be with our son and not have to leave him after I was discharged. (He was discharged the next day.) We also had a reassuring nurse during my current pregnancy who put my mind at ease when I thought I was having preterm labor. Billing worked with our budget to help us pay off all bills.

I had a very bad scare recently and my husband too...

I had a very bad scare recently and my husband took me to the brand new Skyridge ER in south Parker. Everything looked like I was having a stroke. From the moment I arrived I was rushed back to a room and 2 nurses and Dr. Gold very quickly got 2 IV's going along with all the other medical equipment. This was done within the first 10 minutes. Next, Dr. Gold was speaking to a Neurologist who actually spoke to me via a video monitor. After getting a CT done within 30 minutes, it was determined that I had not had an obvious stroke. Even though my symptoms were subsiding after an hour, the Neurologist insisted that an MRI be done. This couldn't be done at the ER and they insisted I must be taken to the Skyridge main campus, by ambulance.

We were very concerned about the potential cost to us, but they informed us that Skyridge WOULD PAY 100% OF THE COST. That is their arrangement if ambulance transportation is necessary. Once at Skyridge in Lone Tree their amazing staff took over. EVERYTHING was explained to me on the event the MRI showed something abnormal. Praise God that it was normal and we were able to head home within the next hour.

We have used Skyridge since it opened, and will continue to do so. IF YOU LIVE IN OR AROUND PARKER, Please use their amazing ER before going anywhere else. You too will be amazed at the level of kindness, courtesy and professionalism.

Nurses were great, which is the reason I am not giving my stay a one star. The PA that I saw did not have very good bed side manner or communication at all. I did not see the doctor until I was being discharged. This is my first time going to the ER so I do not know if this is customary or not but I found to be concerning given that I did not know what exactly was happening. I did not feel part of the decisions that were going on, despite the fact I was the person who should be making all of the decisions regarding my health. It was incredibly disappointing.

I had a very good experience at sky Ridge. The staff was very kind, responsive, and they always let me know step-by-step what they were doing. The one thing that surprised me however was even though I m sure the hospital and emergency room were very clean, I didn t see a lot of wiping down of equipment and tables etc. The nurses and doctors did not wear gloves either. I asked the nurse about that and she said they have found it s more sanitary to continually wash their hands then wear gloves. I would ve felt much safer if they would ve had sanitizer cleaner on the wall where I saw the nurses and doctors wash their hands after taking care of me. I was also surprised that even though they asked me preliminary Covid symptom questions they did not give me the official swab test.

I ve stayed here once before and my experience was...

I ve stayed here once before and my experience wasn t bad and in fact I wasn t dreading going back. I felt well cared for, my needs acknowledged and met. My most recent experience however was very different. Both of my stays were during COVID so I don t think that is/was a factor. I ll begin by saying there were lots of hands in the pot telling me what to do and what not to do with many contradictions along the way. I believe there was a delay in care while I spent 3.5 hours in post-op for the simple reason that my nurse did not want to release me as her assignment because she knew she would be given another new assignment. Also because it was literally her last day at the position and in the end hours of her shift she didn t want the load. When I asked her very nicely at first when I d be moving she said she d called the receiving RN, who was unavailable to take report due to her current necessity of care for one or another patient. Unfortunately this became the norm of the afternoon as the floor RN also did not want to take on the load of a new patient. It seemed likely that I would be there until the next shift began. I work in healthcare so I know the games that are so unfairly played which ultimately have poorer outcomes in patients. Regardless of how much staff ask what s important to you during your stay, or Is there anything else I can do, and no matter how many times they visit my room per hour-it makes absolutely no difference unless they can deliver!! This experience set a very bad tone for the rest of my stay. At the 3.5 hour mark in the post-op I did what any knowledgeable, reasonable but anxious, in pain post-op patient would do-I insisted that I be moved to my room. I was absolutely miserable and the RN either didn t care or just did not acknowledge my poor state of being. Neither of which is acceptable. I can t even imagine the pain and frustration someone who had less healthcare experience must feel in a time like this. This is a perfect example of corporate healthcare which is an oxymoron. I was pleased for the most part with the nurses on the floor. Nurses have too many responsibilities, (patients) which means patients suffer, the nurses suffer and the only one who does not suffer is the corporation. My experience was anxiety inducing-and it could not be turned around until I was able to leave to heal from what I would describe as a traumatic experience. HCA-which Sky Ridge is a part of, has made huge profits during COVID which as a patient I see no evidence of in terms of better care. I dread ever having to return here. I am speaking out because we need better healthcare and less corporate greed.

Having experienced surgical procedures at a number of Medical Centers in the U.S., Sky Ridge, in my estimation, is the top tier of all of them. From the extremely low infection rate to the nursing/support staff, there is no equal.

Worst experience. Problem vertigo. Dizziness and nauseous. First set of doctors were great. When shift changed it went downhill. Dr. Came in and said my chart showed a brain tumor. Not true. Waited an hour for nurse to get ear wax out and was going to do wrong ear and never finished. Left me in the room with head tilted for 40 minutes. Another hour and a technician came in to take me for head CT but no one had put the IV in yet. Said they would be right back, another 34 minutes and some on else came to take me for CT but IV still wasn't in. Another 30 minutes and a nurse put an IV in and hooked me up to fluids which I wasn't supposed to have. Another 40 minutes finally got to CT room where 3 people were obviously doing nothing gave me CT test. Back to room. After another hour kept ringing button for nurse as I had to vomit and pee, no one came. Dragged myself to bathroom. Then I walked around ER holding on to the walls and no one was at the desk. There were only 3 patients in rooms and found my nurse on the other side of the ER leaning against the wall with another nurse. He never came over to me. Another nurse asked if I needed help and I told her to get the IV off of me right now and I wanted to leave. Then I called uber and went home. Disgusting care. I am horrified.

Husband came in for Kidney stone, the staff is nice, medical care okay.

It's now 11:05AM, no doctor visit yet, no food.

When we ask for anything, it either takes an hour or more to get an answer or meds forgotten.

These hospitals, doctors, know that there are patients waiting for them in the morning and yet they are in the halls laughing at us as we starve for healing and food.

Just because you received an education doesn't mean we, the people, your patients are stupid.

You have a job because of us, we are your customers and quite frankly we are not happy with the treatment.

Remember your oath, do no harm.

I brought my friend in because her heart was racing and she had some other issues going on and just needed people to be kind to her. The nurses were incredibly rude the whole time! Would say they would bring ice chips and an extra pillow and just never did. One nurse said she was naturally bossy and that was apparently her excuse for being rude. She did an ekg and didn t even tell us to please be quite because she was about to start and my friend was talking and told her she needed to be quite in such a rude manner. My friend wasn t told to be quite before the ekg process so how was she supposed to know. Just very Disappointed. If your gonna be in healthcare then don t be rude to people. My friend was in desperate need for kindness and support and did not receive that with the nurses. The doctor was very kind but as we all know the nurses are the ones in the room constantly. Just overall bad experience and neither of us will be back here. We will chose Parker Adventist next time. Wouldn t recommend coming here if you want kind nurses who will make you feel like your time is valuable. They just made her feel like just another patient. That s no fair. She should be made to feel like she matters.

Wonderful experience with the Cardiologist department! Very calming + caring people who work there. I felt safe + cared about. From the receptionists at the desk who welcomed me, to Dr. Hajjali, to Heather (Coordinator), to Diana (Technologist), to Linda (Nurse) + Sara (Physical Therapist), who all worked during my Stress Test with Echocardiogram. It was a scary test since I hadn't had that done before, but turned out with all their encouragement to be easier than I ever thought. Highly recommend this hospital, as other visits (oncology, OB/GYN departments) have felt the same.

I've been fighting hospital charges since my surge...

I've been fighting hospital charges since my surgery in May 2014. For surgery they required upfront payment, which was paid at time of surgery. Not only have I paid twice and gotten a refund from Sky ridge, last week I received another bill for the same surgery. The Skyridge accounting department refuses to review charges. Kaiser recommended Sky ridge, however they cannot help with any billing issues as they are not the same company. I do not recommend Skyridge unless you have extra time and money for their services.

The staff in pre-op is amazing. They were caring, kind, efficient, and thoughtful. They went over every detail and answered every question. They explained my at home prep and exercises. They told when when and how often I should schedule my PT. And they were so very welcoming and caring.
I know that I will be in good hands at Sky Ridge.

Most everone was very kind and understanding. Had one issue with a male nurse yelling at me while I was speaking to my daughter on the phone. Charge nurse took care of that. I hope not to have him again as I am returning for surgery on Sept.23rd. Your nurse staff and Drs are top notch.

I have been to this emergency room a couple of times for non life threatening events in the last 6 months and always found everyone to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Seemed like I was in and out in no time. This is my emergency room of choice.

Emergency department took excellent care of me. Explaining all that they were doing, explaining results of testing and keeping me informed.
I was admitted to observation on cardiac floor.
I received excellent care there also.
The only complaint I have is the coffee was the worse I have ever had!

Delivered my baby here last year. I have birth trauma from the delivery and our baby spent several days in the NICU. The negative experience I had was amplified by how our baby and I were treated by one nurses specially during our time in the NICU. Which is the reason I would absolutely never return to this hospital by choice. I have already been contacted by a patient advocate who gave me a horrible attempt at an apology and said that the nurse I had a poor experience with has ever had anything but positive feedback. Thanks for disregarding my experience Skyridge! I actually would have preferred to not receive a reply from your team instead of the terrible attempt at recovery that I did. Would not recommend.

Just left there, took my wife there for chest pain, she has cardiac history, we were checked in and then sent to the waiting room. 15 minutes later we left and came over to Parker Adventist where they checked us in and she was hooked up to an EKG in about 3 minutes. I will never go to this place again, kinda standard procedure in most Er's to take people back when they are having chest pain isn't it?

We brought my mother-in-law in for care on October 23rd. Her stay lasted until she passed away on October 20th. During the last days of her life, my husband had to undergo an emergency heart procedure, my youngest sister-in-law had to be admitted for severe allergic reaction, and my other sister-in-law was admitted due to severe colitis. All within the same hospital, within three days, along with their mother. The staff on the fifth floor, from CNAs to the doctors, took amazing care of our family and were very patient with all the family that stayed with my mother-in-law throughout. We could not be more grateful. Their compassion and loving care could not be surpassed. Thank you from the bottom of the hearts of the family of Estella Cervantes.

WONDERFUL
Sky Ridge Medical PROFESSIONALS, (and the rest of the) AMAZING OUTSIDE medical PROFESSIONALS, that came together as a TEAM, granting the MIRACULOUS SUCCESS at the speedy recovery my loving (but ailing) 76 year old father is now making at HOME with his (our) family
I hope and pray for continued success in SkyRidge Hospital's very capable future focus to improve accurate communication throughout the entirety of ALL of the professional VIP roles involved in the importance of a smooth landing after the very scary, often times life changing moment ALL patients (as well as their families) endure upon arrival, and throughout their time of need.
A personal SHOUT OUT too...

One of the worst medical centers in the state of Colorado. Only two of the nurses acted as if they cared at all about the care my family member received. The doctor's were aloof and disinterested at best and pretty much entirely absent as a matter of course. If you have an option, go elsewhere.

Overall great experience. All personel were helpful, professional and personable. Surgery was as anticipated - which is to say as good as could be. The only downside was somewhat excessive witing pre and post op. We were asked to arrive an hour earlier than originally scheduled and then had to wait the full original time. Post-op involved half a day (one hour of which was out of their control). Too much waiting. Otherwise a very good experience.

Had a great experience at Sky Ridge for the delivery of our son. We were the for about a week and all the staff we encountered were great. The nurses in particular were spectacular and made the experience that much better. Can t imagine having gone anywhere else to deliver our first born.

I recently spent 5 nights at Sky Ridge on the 5th floor. During this time I had several different CNA s assigned to my care. The compassionate care provided by Caitlin , and her trainee Erin , on Friday-10/30/2020 was some of the BEST care I have received in my entire life. I had been in the hospital for four nights, during which time I was never offered clean sheets or a shower. Caitlin was amazing and offered both! She clearly is passionate about her role in the care of this patient!

I am so happy my husband and I chose Sky Ridge to give birth to our twin girls. After my surgery the nurses made sure that everything was taken care of, anything I needed they were there very quickly. We stayed for 4 nights, and all of the nurses were such a help! One specific nurse was so wonderful to us, and really made everything beyond our expectations, Meredith in labor and delivery was absolutely amazing, we can t thank her enough. On top of the wonderful staff the hospital was very clean, easy for guests to get around without getting lost, and the food was great.
