Sky Pet Products for a trade accounts
I reached out to Sky Pet Products for a trade account as a registered business, only to be denied because I don’t have a physical pet store. Fair enough, right? Except—it’s not.
After speaking with other pet owners, I discovered that multiple people who don’t even own businesses, let alone physical stores, have been given trade accounts—just because they were "referred."
So let’s get this straight: if you have a friend on the inside, you’re in. But if you’re a legitimate business following their so-called "requirements," you’re out?
🚩 Gatekeeping & Favoritism – Their process isn’t about qualifications; it’s about who you know.
🚩 No Functional Website – They expect trade customers to take them seriously, yet their website doesn’t even work properly.
🚩 Lack of Transparency – If it’s referral-based, just say so. Stop wasting business owners' time with a fake application process.
🚩 Contradictory Policies – One rule for some, another for others. Professionalism? Nowhere to be found.
If you're looking for a fair, transparent wholesaler, look elsewhere. Sky Pet Products is a closed-door club that plays favorites—and they don’t even try to hide it.
