Called to ask a basic question on covid testing. "How long after exposure do you wait to get tested?" After being passed to three different people who had no idea, a very rude man got on the phone and told me medical advice can not be given over the phone. THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE IT IS A BASIC QUESTION!!!! When I explained I need to know so I know what to tell my boss he accused me of just trying to get out of work.

How incredibly rude of someone to say something like that. I'm trying to get basic information to help protect my coworkers. Instead I get people who can't answer a basic question and an extremely rude man down talking me. How in the world is this not a question people could answer? Good thing Dr. Google knows and is smarter than people who work at a hospital. Not to mention google is more polite and doesn't accuse me of just trying to get out of work. That I'm already stressed about missing out on.

I'll be avoiding this hospital from here on out. Even if I'm dying I'll go to Medford. This isn't my first terrible experience with this joke of a hospital.

I have been to the Emergency Room 4-5 times for a racing heart. The staff and dr s treated me for alcohol withdrawals. I do not drink a lot : maybe 1-2 glasses of wine a month. I told them and they still treated me for alcohol withdrawals. Now everytime I go in they say it is alcohol withdrawals. I still have a racing heart that beats anywhere from 120-150 beats for hours while doing nothing but sitting or laying down. My chest hurts and my blood pressure is sky high, but I will no longer go to the ER. If doctors don t listen and tell you to go home my condition isn t life threatening. I hope they don t do this to the next person. The ER staff and dr are going to kill someone. My dad had a stroke before the age of 60. I just hope I m not next. I intend to bring this to light in court.

After a surgery I asked for financial assistance multiple times. I sent in the paperwork multiple times. Never got a response. Called in and was transfered department to department with none of them knowing what's going on and transferring me along. I found out after it's been sent to collections and "nothing can be done" that it could have been done on their website. I ask them why that was never offered as an option and they were dumbfounded that it was an option if the first place. No wonder this hospital has a reputation for incompetence! If you need any medical aid go to medford.

Awful customer service. There we two people there at 1am. And none of the staff seemed to care to try to get us in. We finally left after 3 hours of waiting, again none of the staff could be bothered.

Went in last night to labor and delivery for cramping and sharp pains. I specifically told them I didn't think I was in labor, but I was having a ton of pain so I figured it's better to be safe than sorry. I'm 37 weeks now. The second I talked to the doctor in triage (forgot his name) he definitely made me feel like I shouldn't even be there. Mind you, my biggest fear is going in for something and then it turning out to be something small because then I already feel like I wasted their time...I don't need a doctor, of all people, to treat me like that. The only good thing about last night was the nurse I had...she was amazing and so attentive and very understanding. I told her I was super light headed and she made sure I ate and drank something before getting up from the bed and leaving. I've been seen at this hospital 4 times now since February and last night is the first night I wanted to cry and yell at the doctor for how he made me feel. Now I wonder if I'm just gonna have this baby at home because I don't want to waste anyone's time over pains and what-not

This last year I got to know the hospital pretty well. From the emergency room staff to the imaging staff all the way to the serious care unit, and all of the other units I was in, I had good care 24 hours a day. I did keep the laundry room crew busy because I insisted on having warmed up blankets periodically. That is a small blurp for being woken up in the middle of the night to check my blood pressure and temperature. All in all my stay was a good one

Staff is always friendly with me. I am giving 2 stars because I took a covid test and they never contacted me with the results. Very very stressful. Caused a lot of issues in my life. I could have tested positive and been running around giving it to everyone, but who knows.

I give them a one star rating simply because they are there and may occasionally do a bit of good.

My own experience points to a real lack of good morals and ethics at least with patients they've concluded are unworthy. Much of the "care" is not based upon objective evidence but on gossip between medical staff There's very little actual listening to the patient therefore. And precious little empathy for individual needs and differences I don't know whether or not Sky Lakes approves of non-consensual experimentation on humans A subject being much written about these days.
