Surprised to see the negative reviews about the staff. I find the nurses, doctors, and everybody else quite friendly.

PS please bring back the free wi-fi :)

I hope they improve. Specially the pharmacy and collection of my prescriptions.

The staff and doctors are very careless about their patients, they do what works for them not for patient,and without making sure whatever decision they make is patient is alright with it or not and if patient didn't agreed then they blackmail you indirectly and don't respect your decision, its been very hard i am literally lost the respect for the hospital as it says they respect patients decision and will do there best to take care of a patient , been admitted several times in clinic 3 and where i experienced this ,since 4 months am struggling and the doctors at clinic 3 deny what goes there and force u to agree otherwise they ask you to never come to get any treatment there . .. Please authorities do something thank you

Khalifa Hospital changed a lot in all respects to the worst of course, I review the hospital Khalifa from 2000 to 2010 was excellent and then was tested in everything, especially because they brought Bengaliat, Ethiopians and Nepalese these nationalities are not clean from 7 years and we complain of these nationalities because of lack of hygiene before The butterflies were Filipinos. The baths were clean and the smell of her hair was so wet. Her urine smelled seven years and we watched how the cleaning method was very bad and I had shocking stories that I and a group of girls saw at Khalifa Hospital, Abu Dhabi Dental Center, Wahda Mall and some public schools. Special against the Ethiopians And the Nepalese wash toilets and graduated and then wash the laundries mean the transfer of germs on the laundries who use cleaning tools, but wipe the dirty in the bathrooms in the Klinks and output without cleaning and without sterilization of many scenes, but I can not write here but this in short Win officials responsible for them Supervision of hygiene Thank you

The best hospital in the Emirates equipped with the wittiest nurses and the best Hematologist and Oncologist . With state of the art facility. Kudos to the Oncology/ Hematology team they are the best in the world

Careless nurses in D1, I took my patient and left to another hospital, no going back to skmc hospital

Worst experience ever, never seen careless Doctors or carelss nurses like the nurses and doctors in skmc.
psychological part is never important to them and the medical part is so bad.

SKMC is really a good medical center in AD. Me and my family have done successful surgeries, attended many appointments and consultations and even were brought up to the ER. We trust the medical services SKMC are providing. The staff we have dealt with were very cooperative and professional. However, their building is getting old and I think they need to remodel or renovate. I don t like that their toilets are so very small. And patients when getting out of the operations they have to pass by everyone no privacy there is no special channel for them!

May I make this country safe, generous, prosperous, and other Muslim countries, distinguished medical cadres in close care, high levels, there are some doctors who lack practical and scientific experience, but most of them are distinguished, an administration that cares about international quality standards in providing health care

This medical City is surrounded by al karama St, hazza bin Zayed, al Falah St, Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed St, the building are OPSC, SKMP, SKMC, Emergency, pediatrics, Ambulance building, Helipad for helicopter, BSP, Screening and dialysis building, Rehabilitation building, very high intelligent machine, BSP building is apart from from the main building i.e, Out patients, Medical pavillion, surgical building.its compound is very big in which parking and mosque is located. In its compound rice bowl restaurant and baqala is available. Mortuary is also there. Executive building , citizen identity office is also there.

I met one of the doctors regarding my mom's case. He told us she needs a surgery,we wanted to ask coz we were in shock he gave us general information and said google about the surgery . I will submit an offical complaint right after I receive the medical report that he neglected to do. I keep calling asking about it and even went their, they said the doctor haven't done anything, its funny how they called a lot just to do the surgery. I felt that they cared about making money more than my mom's health. I would never let that dr lay a hand on my mom

Had very bad experience with the dr B and dr. T And nurses, in d1 don't care for the patients and dont allow family to be involved in the treatment, and deal with patient as an object we left hospital while still not in good healt as dad had heart issues and these 2 drs refused to refer him to cardiologist and reason is that his main diagnose is lung infection, so no need for cardiologist though he is on 2 heart medicine !! we ran seeking better treatment in other hospital in which a cardiologist said the heart was becoming more weak and we came on time so he increased the medicine dose, . now he s fine. Dont wana think if we stayed in there what would have happened

To all people i mentioned here THANK YOU VERY MUCH for all that you've done while im under your care...to my neurologist Doctor Isam Salih, to all the doctors who came and checked me, to all the practioners who asked me questions; to all my nurses from ICU to F2B like ate melanie, liz, sheila, diane, princy, leandra, galdyz and to those i do not know the names, to my physical therapist Maliha, to the food servers, cleaners and to the 2 lady guards who helped when i arrived at the emergency building, and to the doctors at MRI & CT labs....FROM THE BOTTOM of my heart im very greatful for doing your best to save and serve me.

Of the best medical cities in the world and there are all sections and there is the number of two mosques and there is the center of preventive medicine and there is an emergency reception at twenty-four hours and there is a medical staff at the highest level and there is free parking

My experience with them is good, praise be to God, thanks, respect and a decent treatment for the elderly. They deserve success and success ... especially the Oncology Department. A thousand greetings.

It is very difficult to judge, but the hospital leaves much to be desired!
I got here by accident with poisoning. During the night, it was difficult for me to get through to the medical staff. No amenities. From the place where they put me behind the screen, the women's toilet was very far away. The ward was not provided for an overnight stay. At the time of discharge, they did not give any conclusions to their hands! Only the pills were prescribed and nothing was said about the nature of the poisoning. They didn't give me any test results either.
In general, they dripped it and sent home to guess what it was or something ...

One of the worst experiences in my life in a hospital is the Khalifa Hospital, everything and every place in it was insulting to my mother for the time being mistaken. We are in a nightmare with this hospital, so there is no worse

I have never seen careless and with attitude doctors and nurses as The staff in this hospital and the biggest problem is when you complain, they dont care and no action has been taken, I left the hospital sick as i was worried for my life and went to Noor hospital where staff treats me as human and cared enough to make me well again in few days, and that was the opposite of what i saw from doctors and nurses in D1 and D2

Extremely bad experience. I was charged 1000 aed for Pcr test! Not professional. Rececionist saying there is no doctors in the hospital.

A nightmare experience in D1 a and b, careless nurses and the manager in the word and his assistance are totally unprofessional, he listen to the complain and promise to solve it, but, do nothing at all. Will never go back there. SKMC please hire people who care for the patients not the salary that they are taking.

Very bad experience from emergency department. Doctor nd nurse having to much attitude, i don't know why this management are keeping such kind of careless health care staff in a of big hospital.

Doctors are highly qualified, knowledgeable, knowledgeable and sophisticated, especially in the cardiac clinic
The administrative staff deal with them normal and are not initiators in providing the service
The building is generally old

The children's emergency service is very good and fast

admitted to D1 and find nurses foget the medicine time and sometimes give the medicine early or not shower the patient because she want to go on break!! also they are unfriendly I will never go there again

very low medical and nursing services, patients are left in pain for hours and no one attending, misdiagnosed my illness, in D0 and D1, why a hospital keep careless staff, I don't know
but what I know is I will never go there.
