Highly unprofessional. I signed up for a free trial, thinking that I would be charged month by month, not by the year (my mistake) and was charged at the end of my 7 day trial on December 24th for the full year. They did not send me an email to tell me the trial had ended and they were going to start charging me. Then, I was on Christmas holidays so when I saw the charge and contacted them to cancel on Monday 4th of January, apparently I was outside of their 7 days timeframe for a refund, even though it was only 4 working days and over the Christmas break. Terrible service, and unbelievable they can just keep my money. This is highly unprofessional and I will be doing everything I can to get my money back for a service I do not want.

Well, I have been trying to "reach out" to your so called support team and I'm not getting any help! I've been charged since a month ago and still cannot sign in to Skillshare. Maybe, you - the owner could help me? Michelle and Carol have not helped me yet!

Skillshare is a scam. I don t have an account with skillshare and I don t use skillshare. I got charged $99 dollars for something I don t have and don t use. I want a full refund because I was scammed out of a lot of money and I can t afford a $99 charge. If you need to learn something go on YouTube not skillshare.

My daughter used my previous credit card to pay, after I got the new card, they still changed me even though I didn t give they the new card information. I don t know how they did that.

SkillShare is a TOTAL SCAM! Don't buy a subscription and don't become a teaching artist for them. I don't have any of my classes on there platform but they are using my name in the Google Search to sell other artists classes. They know I am known in my industry for sustainable design and gardening and they are using my name and profile to sell there classes in that category. So unprofessional and NO, they will not give your money back if you don't like the service. THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU! I give this company no stars if I could. P.S. I never give online reviews but someone has to tell the truth.

I've never used this company yet I found a $99 charge in my account. When I inquired (they never pick up the phone you have to go through the "help" email. They told me the charge was for the account of some other individual. I told them I didn't authorize any charge and to reverse it immediately. Their customer service person said he was escalating this to there Trust and Safety group (whoever they are) and they would be contacting me. I've heard nothing and when I try to contact the help@skillshare.com email it bounces back with an error message saying they've exceeded their message capacity. Based on what I've read this seems to be a common theme with this company. I'll be reaching out to the appropriate legal authorities to discuss this firm's behavior.

A very shady company. The free trial is a scam, if you click on it you become a premium member and they automatically charge you 99 USD. When you cancel it (if you try really hard with the customer service) they tell you that PayPal will continue to charge you further if you don't contact them and PayPal claims to have nothing to do with it. If you want to delete your profile, Aileen from the customer service claims that she needs all your credit card info, a copy of your personal document and your IP address.
The classes are mostly for absolute beginners and not much better then the ones you find on youtube.

TOTAL SCAM, never heard of them before and they just charged my cc $168. I had no trial for any of their products.

Stay Away from this scam. Do not sign up for the trial they will automatically charge you and will not refund. And the videos on their site are low standard, you can find better on YouTube.

SkillShare is an amazing resource and tool that revolves around community. I attended a talk at their HQ in Flat Iron with @Swiss Miss! It was a lot of fun to hear her story building Tattly, CreativeMornings, etc and to hang out with other creative entrepreneurs. The staff was all super friendly, plenty of beers, and tasty snacks! The only thing I can say about the place is that their entrance & gathering room could use a little more branding lol. They are an icon!!
