Love this place. Slope is really short if you compare it to the mountain but I have lots of friends who learned to ski and snowboard here before heading to the mountain. Piste is wide and snow is good. Deepak is an awesome snowboard instructor.
Super facility and an excellent place to learn or practise your technique. A little pricy but with resident discount its not bad value

The experience was very exciting and informative and rich in fun and humor and gaining new information, skills and culture

In the desert, snow and skiing could have never imagined.
My kids loved the experience, it was a dream come true to them they didnt want to leave till 12 midnight!!! They have added new rides since i visited dubai years ago. It suites kids more now.
My only comment is that IT IS EXPENSIVE. Dubai is in general.
Best place for the kids and fpr people who loves skiing. Great experience to see the penguin and play with them.
But they know this is rare to play with penguins and so they charge exorbitant for the photos with them.
Please make a wise choice there......

I pay for the snow plus package to meet penguin but they show us only 2 of them, and not allowing anyone to take picture or video as they are more precious than diamond
Actually they allow only ski Dubai photographer to take pic for us which cost 150 AED !!! For EACH PICTURE!!!

This is one of the steepest and most fun ski halls that I've been to. Really weird experience with the outdoor temperature but still a fun thing to do.
The ticket price is overrated 275, whether it is large or small, the price is one, you can book overland 250 from any hotel or tourist office inside City Premiere apartments. The coldness is not working, it is a nice place for the family, and the maximum fun is 3 hours.
So nice to be here while its burning hot outside..so much fun aswell
This place is so amazing and one of the best example of "what money can do". You need to prepare for -14 degree. Penguin show is good. Many fun rides. Good for targeted individuals as I could literally see myself as white in such cold weather.
A nice and relaxed place to be with kids. Make sure to wear appropriate layers.

The penguins were super cute but pictures weren't allowed which was a bit sad. We could only buy pictures for 150 AED a piece, which is very expensive.
Thank you MOE-Ski Dubai for this experience. My daughter really enjoyed it, she feels like she is Princess Else from the movie Frozen , the activities are safe and there are staff all over the area to help and assist us...

If u have less time atleast ride the chair lift it used to be aed 80 per person, but the whole experience in simply amazing

Characteristic ! Skiing in the snow in the middle of the desert. Prices a little high but worth it. I missed a pair of sunglasses :(
That would great experience if you have a kid specially. You can artificially feel how is gonna be when snowing
The first ski in the desert !!! Of course it will never loses its charm. I find it a bit small though.
The best indoor park! Its a little expensive but best place to escape the heat and enjoy the snow.
It's a beautiful experience and you feel like you're in a snowy place and you live in winter in cool countries and there are lots of fun games and time is almost 5 hours.
Sub zero temperature at-3 degrees, skiing, chair lift, ice bumps, cafe, and what not. Ski Dubai offers it all. The additional clothing including shoes and gloves address part of the package. The locker facility is available at 35 dirhams. The staff and the service of Ski Dubai is excellent. It's best adviced to go inside without any additional luggage or baggage. A must visit place and must not be missed if you love snow.
Great place... very expensive... even the hot chocolate has a cold price. Once done no need to do it again
Awesome place... living here since 6 years but haven't visited this place, it is so good kids will enjoy to the fullest with the adults.. we can even come out whenever we feel to, and go back inside after a break.. but in one option we selected penguins meet, it is not worth just seeing them for few mins try to select different options other than penguins..
i recommend you take a ski lesson if you have never skied before if you decide to take the ski slope pass as the slope is very high and dangerous if you don't know what you are doing and i also recommend that you bring your own gloves and ski mask(otherwise your face will freeze up) as you are bound to purchase these because they provide jackets pants socks shoes and skis but you have to purchase gloves on the spot non refundable , the gloves were 30 dirhams for the cheapest ones which are not waterproof and warm at all and the ones costing 50 dirhams were waterproof and warm

This place you can keep you kids such summer camps, school holidays, however it's suggested to have an annual membership instead of monthly or two monthly membership.
What more can you expect other than amazing concept in the middle of a desert and in a Mall. Price slightly high and ski slope length a bit short, but it's a ski slope in the desert !!
A super fun place to grab a quick ski. But is it's quite expensive and if your not there first thing in the morning expect to wait at least an hour to get onto the snow

Amazing experience to ski if you live in the Middle East!! Can you believe, huge ice slope with a coffee shop on top, kids and grown up play area, plus there is dedicated staff if you are new to skiing - just enjoy the experience, even if it is expensive to go everyday!! MAF(the owners who build this mirage) makes this Desert Dubai a real paradise
Get the premium package for 500 AED and enjoy all rides and facilities, you will get the jacket, pants, gloves, boots and helmet for kids. If you choose to ski make sure that you are fit for the se as it is really challenging for first timers. You will also get the hand warmer, hot chocolate, lunch and water in the premium package. Me and my family had a blast touching penguins as well. Of course the photos are way too costly but in premium you get three photos for free, but the reminding you have to pay 150 aed each and additional 600 aed to get the same in USB. So be prepared to have a cols hand and take your own photos.
