To anyone reading this review. I highly suggest you stay away from this horrible establishment. Personally my family and I had a terrible experience to say the least. Please continue reading if you want the specifics.
Our experience with MS. Denise Hudson, first Pre-K teacher, first and foremost she acted unprofessionally. Ms. Hudson singled out our child and isolated in a designated spot in the room that was assigned to our child only. No other child in the classroom had such conditions. Ms. Hudson was unable to handle the problem professionally and chose isolation as a choice of remedy to what she calls, "a behavioral problem". For your information, we are talking about a 5-year-old boy who as anyone at that age may exhibit certain level of disobedience. The result was, our child began to be bullied by other children which was visually observed by several members of my family when picking up the child after school. Furthermore, it was reported that this teacher does get physical with the students. This matter was brought to the attention of the administration, the result they sided with the teacher citing her experience and tenure as a teacher. The failure to properly investigate and follow through on our complaint demonstrate unprofessionalism happening on multiple levels at this establishment. End result the principal referred us to a secondary education school for problematic kids and suggested we take our son to see a specialist, specifically a behavioral counselor. We did as we were told and took our son to 2 different specialists. We received a unanimous diagnosis from both counselors advising that there is not any inherent behavioral issues. One of the counselors suggested a visit to the classroom. When brought to the attention of the principal of the school he refused to have this visit, instead they refunded our money and gave us suggestions for another Pre-K school.
Conclusion: My son was mishandled at this establishment. He is now dealing with anxiety and post psychological issues in connection with his treatment at this establishment. It has been very stressful for my husband and I dealing with this. Lastly, an important thing to know about this establishment and to take in consideration, is this "school" id not accredited, meaning we cannot pursue this matter any further other than to write this review and hopefully help someone avoid the stress and headache we had to go through.
