Good location, but nothing for the summer due to the leather benches and chairs

Unfriendly fat waitress is discussing drinks with customers at another table, which they have probably ordered and is getting loud. When the customer pays and leaves, she becomes insulting and shouts around the shop. No idea what it was all about but this waitress was just embarrassing.

Were here for breakfast. A real letdown. Bake-up rolls, the boiled egg was from the previous day, because the egg yolk was gray-brown, the coffee was rinse water, it probably does it quite well, cheapest apple nectar (4 euros collected for it). The shop is run down and clean is something else. I will definitely not come here twice. Just disappointing.

Good food, very nice service but with a little waiting time. Also very good for sitting outside in summer.

Delicious food but if you are not so hungry, you will not get a child's portion as an adult. Why?

The toilets are pleasantly clean and well maintained. The urinals are waterless.
The toilets cabins all have a toilet paper roll and a spare roll.

Next to the non-contact water fittings is a pump-soap dispenser.

Hands can be easily dried with a paper towel or a blower.

There is a changing table for little children.

The escape plan for the emergency is self-explanatory.

Credit cards are accepted and there is free parking.

Very good sixties. In the city center, there are much worse ones. The prices are good and reasonable. You can sit outside and inside and there is a private parking.

Was once better. Food is okay, but the service sleeps, is not attentive but at least friendly. Had to wait 20 minutes to pay for 3 times ask where the bill remains. Cocktails are delicious and reasonably priced. For the men there are felt 100 television to watch football, so girls for a romantic dinner not suitable attention zero. Very loud in there. Because it is not so far away, we still go there.

I like to eat here and I like to meet here with my friends. Nice staff and delicious food! For my birthday, I even got a brownie for free (The candle is brought by myself). Was also at 23 o'clock there and got something to eat

If there was zero, I would be zero. You are not served. Have to tell yourself if you want to order something or want the invoice. The food is sometimes only lukewarm.

If I could, I wouldn't give it a star because the visit was disastrous. We knew the Sixties Diner from the days of Nollendorfplatz and actually always had a good time there. This dinner in Mariendorf, however, is just a sad copy. Dirty tables, dirty floors and everything pretty shabby. As a greeting, the cards were frantically popped onto the table without a word. Our order was then taken relatively promptly by a waiter in an unsuitable Bavarian jersey, after about 40 minutes the food came for my partner and me, but our companion had to wait another 20 minutes for their order because there was obviously no communication between service and kitchen Right. But she only got it after asking several times. Otherwise there were no sauces, only two cutlery, the third we had to organize ourselves and we were then allowed to wait a total of 30 minutes for payment. The food was okay, apart from the mushy brown salad on the burger, but nothing special and doesn't make up for the ugly ambience, as well as the underground-grotty service. In any case, we have been cured and will never set foot in this shop again.

Unfortunately, the sixties has changed a lot and that is absolutely not for the better, which is a shame!
The service was more than sloppy. You have made a reservation, come in, tell them and then the answer is only heard in very broken German: "Tisch there back". Ah, Thanks. "Back there" is also really very accurate.
There are no menus, probably because of Corona (even if they are still available in all other restaurants) which basically wouldn't be a problem if you politely tell you what wasn't the case and if the restaurant wasn't like a bunker and you were totally bad Network has. Incidentally, this was not only the case with me, but also with my company.
Then unfortunately the table wobbled so much that you have to be afraid if you object to the drink spilling over.
The food is mid-range at best. But there are just so many alternatives in Berlin that it is no longer worth going to the sixties for dinner.
All in all, my last visit was unfortunately more than disappointing, especially in view of the many good memories from earlier times.
I think that I will not be a guest here again anytime soon and that I can only advise everyone against leaving their money here.

A total failure.

A friend persuaded me and friends to watch a World Cup match there. Because of the bad experiences over the past few years, I wasn't really excited, but I finally gave in. So I reserved several tables outside for our "group" (16 people). The man on the phone spoke very poor German and I tried to convey to him that we would like to sit outside and if possible together. The game was supposed to start at 5 p.m. I wanted to reserve the table for 4 p.m. He kept telling me to come earlier because it gets very crowded. I asked him if he could not reserve the table for me, because after all you make a reservation for it. He said yes ok.
We were already looking forward to the day of the visit. Cozy get-togethers, delicious cocktails and the dishes we had already looked for from the menu. Will be a great evening for sure ...
With wise foresight, we preferred to go half an hour earlier (by public transport, because we wanted to drink cocktails). Of course, no tables were reserved for us. And at this point all tables from the previous soccer game were still occupied. Well, we waited until the game was over. The boss then assigned us 2 table groups. We weren't sitting in a round, but what the heck.
Next came the waitress. (At this point our group was not yet complete and we occupied both table groups). The waitress told us why we are now sitting at two groups of tables. We then informed her that we had reserved for 16 people and that the boss had assigned us this space. "Nice that you hear about that too," she said.
She then put an Event Card in front of us and said that you could only order from it. There were only a handful of dishes on it. No real selection, no cocktails, no milkshakes, no cappuccino or latte. Couldn't that have been pointed out when making the reservation? Or on the homepage? Had it not been for the game, we would have gone backwards again. You could eat the dishes (no reason to come back), but they weren't in any price / performance ratio. We then stayed with Cola and delicious old filter coffee.
The mood of the waitress didn't really improve either. The icing on the cake were the desserts on the event menu. As we found out afterwards, the desserts were crossed out on some event cards. (Not with ours). Someone in our group ordered a brownie and got it. It looked great and obviously tasted good too. So several of us ordered one too. Our super friendly waitress came back and said that it was an exception before. The desserts are not offered that evening and were just forgotten to cross off some cards.
Well, you learn from mistakes. 10 years ago I always liked going into the sixties, but the level of recent years has apparently not improved. It's a shame actually. The atmosphere is actually quite nice ... I definitely know that I won't let myself be persuaded to go there again so quickly.

Chicken burger was still raw and wobbly inside! Service nice but if the food is of poor quality, it doesn't help ...

I was there for the first time. A very nice location, very nice ambience and super friendly and helpful staff and boss! I was pleasantly surprised ... We paid about 20 per person for two and we only managed half. The prices and portions are more than okay. Even a customer parking lot you have, without a card or anything else. Simply park eat and feel good.

This was the second time that my seat reservation was for the ton! It can not be that I reserve for 4 people places to watch football and every former guest may sit / where he wants. WHY is there then the possibility of reservation at your place ?!

Well that was a great experience, food was really delicious and no canned food, all wishes to eat were fulfilled. Places and tables are clean.

We were there today to reserve for the weekend a table for 4 people. This is possible in principle, but at the request for a table with a view to the TV, so my 6-year-old son can watch during the stay Bundesliga, it was said "No wish tables do not book" Man "recommended" then, just an hour before the desired time without reservation. We decided to refrain from the visit there completely. At only 300m away Mexicans the staff was much friendlier and it was possible to reserve a table in the preferred area.

My burger was cold. The toilet stunk (not because of me). And this on a weekday at lunchtime, when the shop was little visited.

A good opportunity for an appetite for classic Tex-Mex cuisine - large terrace with mostly covered places

The food is great. I ate ribs it was so tender that the bone falls off all by itself, I can only recommend it. Was a lot too. Hard to do.

2 years ago a horror this time was great in a large round service friendly food reasonably priced only who thinks it should be something homemade you must be disappointed as much bucketware is used.

When you are here in the evening it usually takes a long time before you can order something because none of the waitresses feels responsible for someone, sometimes waiting up to an hour before I could order something to drink for the second time. I was always put off that the colleague who served me earlier would come. It's a shame because the food tastes really good here.

A good diner, I like being here. Attentive staff, delicious food, good prices. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are a bit ugly - not unhygienic! Nevertheless, an absolute recommendation. P.S .: Try a cookie-shake!

The ambience is appealing, but the food is simply an insult.
One would assume that a burger and spare rips with Jumbo Potatoe are a safe bet.
The ribs give the impression that they are used over and over again. And to disguise that, try to drown it in half a liter of BBQ sauce. There are a lot of burger shops in Berlin, but probably no second of the old boots to hack and rolls processed. A taste experience that would only be comparable to the slow chewing of a worn-out shoe sole. The jumbo potato: a two-week-old potato that had been made to burst in the microwave and then filled with a greasy something.
Conclusion: A stylish and lovingly decorated recycling center of a restaurant.

The gratinated nachos weren't that special this time. Some waitresses were quite overwhelmed, the shop was full, but that is no reason to overlook guests. Nevertheless I like to go there ;-). There are nice waitresses too.

The service was very nice and made a great effort. , Unfortunately, the meat was not great ... but still edible was so no longer an option for us. on the whole too loud also the meat selection was rather clear prices ok we will not be back sorry ....

Short visit to the Sixties. The facilities and atmosphere is, as the name implies, ajar to a classic American diner. Just ordered a big brownie milkshake. Price-performance is not necessarily optimal but in terms of taste you can not complain.

We had reserved a table but the reservation was forgotten. The atmosphere is very loud and the music box unfortunately didn't work. Unfortunately, the burgers didn't taste particularly good. The diner didn't convince us ...

Sports bar. Loud. But also good for a beer and a snack.

I cannot recommend the burger, the chicken wings were OK. The cocktails were GOOD.

The service was not very good. The waitress preferred to play on her mobile phone rather than serving us.

On our penultimate visit, everything was perfect and I praised the kitchen to the highest standards. However, last Sunday I was so disappointed that I don't know if we'll be back. The shop was quite full, there was also a children's birthday party in the house, so actually a classic Sunday in the sixties. The burgers were always a long time coming, which is otherwise not the case even when the restaurant is full, then they were also more or less cold, the coleslaw was either badly or totally wrongly seasoned, the fries even lukewarm. The only good thing about the visit was the choco shake and the service, which luckily changed before we ordered!
