worst Consultancy Guys don't join job through this Consultancy ,because i got selected TCS ThroughThis Consultancy while joining time they cancelled my job there is no proper processed WORST ......
i got offerletter also but job is not confirmed ..its true they will not answer you properly....

I have been selected for TCS on Six sigma payroll, I got permanent position after one year.

It's all depends on your performance to get permanent position.

I have worked TCS, Mumai location with Sixsigma. I had surgery and my my leave and i have requested SixSigma people for my relieve during my health issues said them I couldn't able to work in Mumbai location. they couldn't relieved me from Sixsigma and later i got job with TCS Bangalore as permanent employee, requested them to provide my work experience letter, they couldn't provide me. Never go with this consultancy. I've called them so many time to explain my condition and asks for my relieving letter. But, they couldn't provide me. Atlease one start is mandatory. I had an awesome Experience. Jyothi had called me for TCS recruitment, the way she explained about job roles and responsibilities and how we should prepare and go. I can not forget her in my life, my hearty appreciation to her, i don't have words to describe the way she explained even freshers can easily understand and catch up her explanation and understand what the job is. she boost up energy level so that candidate wont be having any doubts and will attend interview sportively. I am Ex employee of SixSigma worked for a year as a Recruiter.. Worst Management.. They are very rude at employees.. Branch Manager is polite, but TL was sadist, that fellow use to force me to work after office hours, after complaining to the management also they didn't take any legal action.. They terminated me without any genuine reason after my resignation due TL behavior.. I argued with them to get my Experience letter.. When I was suppose to take legal action, then the provided the Experience letter.. They pay less and expect more..

It was really great working with SiXSigma. I really have to share that the peaople here treats very well and the management is really awesome.

I never ever see this kind consultancies, dear friends and per india legal regulation if there is any medical reasons, any companies in india will relieve the employee but this consultancies is not followed that
One of my friend mother who is suddenly sick almost four months my friend client is not allow for long leave and they only suggest for relieving, in that critical situation my friend also doing the same now the consultant manager ask how you people approach client directly so this consultancy is not bothered about client work affected, employees personal issues and also indian legal procedures even they always rude with their speech.

i worked for 1year in sixsigma. i never found any issues with sixsigma. salaries are always on time. i can strongly recommend sixsigma for anyone looking for joining. after working for one year i became a permanent employee of TCS. the conversion process was very smooth and they relieved my with out serving my notice period also. thank you for sixsigma

They should thank god because there is no negative rating to give or else I would have given -infinity, they released an offer for TCS Blr and on the day of joining they said my joining is on hold and don't know when the new joining date will be and infact the recruiter said to take back the paper in the current company, that really stinks. So, please don't release this kind of fake offer letters and screw candidates future. Now, I lost current job and they don't have a clue on how to proceed further. So think twice if u get an offer from this consultancy for TCS.

They will mention that it is been lowerd by tcs.Guys please don't join 6sigma without offer letter.
