If you're a girl with minimum modern dress you will be selected very worst interview process just making waste of time .....

It's one of my dream place to work in .. I wish before I die.. I at least get a small job here .. Went for interview.... Believe me suddenly I felt I was in some other place ..

Simply they waste your time......... I have passed two rounds......and finally rejected....

Good place .Its a bpo and expect American accent english from candidate. Interviewer are really good and linient .

Waste of time. They'll just make you to wait for 6 plus months and you'll never be employed. They'll jus keep on postponing the join date and fake as if they are going to provide you a job

I loved working at sitel because everyone helps to improve your skills.. A good environment for working and it was fun working at sitel.

For a BPO they very surprisingly didn't answer a single phone call. Surely not people of their word.

I worked here for two years. A good start up platform for freshers with decent package. One of the decent paid BPOs in Chennai.

A decent atmosphere and security is there. Job security is decent, but if you perform well and a process happen to ramp down, they try hard to move you to other process before asking to leave. I was moved from non voice to voice process.

The salary you get initially will be your salary for years until you get promoted. Hike would be 400 - 700 rs a month.

Learn from here and move on. Not a keeper for a long run. Personal growth is dormant.

Hello Chennai...I'm proud to say that I'm working with Sitel. I have started my journey with Sitel on January 2016 by God's grace. For fresher, Sitel will be the best place to start their career . Fresher's are invited and offered with good pay scale and best transport facility.

I completely enjoyed my training period, really it was honey moon period for us. I had learned team play , communication skill , organization skill so many. You would think what is there for organization skill and so on. Every friday is fun friday for us. They will conduct events . We play as team so that we can get along with all sort of ppl.

On floor, we are considered as their family member . I love to work because I feel like I'm working with my family. We have wiser supporting staff and encouraging team leader. I would like you to inform you that Sitel have IJP as other firm. But without politics, hard working and efficient people are keeping growing

Finally, let me end with infrastructure. I love the environment I'm working. Currently our ofz locate at Ramajunar IT park. Podium with garden. I'm sure you would like my firm if you appear for interview.

It's simply waste of time attending the there because they will take whole but they don't tell you the result they simply we will call or send you the mail but the next day they call and attend the interview with a same procedure they don't maintain records so they are wasting our time then parking charges is 20rs for 1st 4hours after 4 hours the cost per hour is 10rs.

Wonderful organization for fresher's however it's gonna do a no good for a long-term survival..

I believe sitel is the top BPO company which is located in Chennai, and it is the top payable organization for their assets even if they are fresher..

Peace , Enjoyment and above all salary for whatever you do.... Its not a company its a Family

speaking of which, The HRM Can't even understand your english How lame! and Sayin that you're english has lotta Grammatical mistakes. STFY

Went there for an interview conducted nearly 4 rounds and they hav only night shifts

I was gone for interview for voice proces.... While I'm going there was only 7 people came for interview... They asked us to stay for a while, it became 2 hours, we people waited there, after a long while they asked to move in other room like conference Hall, one person came saying that he is a HR, he conducted Group discussion and we each people spoked there thought but that HR was teasing some candidates because of there English fluency, I was shocked how the HR will do like this, If he want to make a fun so that he started teasing other... It was my worst interview in my life....HR people are worst in the Sitel, my people please don't waste your time to attend this interview, If you see other reviews itself you will know guys....

A worst company which I have attended interview in...I went to the interview by mrng 9'0 clock and they conducted two rounds for me after that we were waiting there sitting simply till night 8'0 clock after that also they didnt take the next round of interview....They only recruit people on reference...They will simply do drama's as off they are recruiting people from outside but then its totally fake....Worstest company in Chennai....Really really bad experience and wasted my whole one day...

System International telemarketing company good ambience and will be eager to work and pay is also good for freshers.

Good management team & agents,sitel have a 4 branch s in india,

Good Packers and movers, good planning, transportation.

Purely voice based company, no need of technical knowledge for technical support role, instead they need communication skills in excellent.

Great place to work but interiors are not that great as exteriors

one of my friend gone for interview during this pandemic and they said ur selected and then they didnt respond they conduct two online test one communication round technical round after all this they said u r selected and they didnt responded for calls and messages here the problem is bcoz of HR and employee like this the whole company get effected and the most effected are the people who get this fake promises the ur hire welcome ur in this shouldnt be done very disappointing as a fresher candidate time is important you guys are just wasting the time of candidate if u cant hire then just say like improve ur skills and try again thats it instead of that will call u monday fix boardband make ur self ready to work why hell u guys use this type of words making fake promises with candidate actually i wanna mention the HR name with his contact number but i dont wanna do that.

If u are frequent in English without any grammatical mistakes thn u can be selected here..

Great place to work but depends on the manager who takes care of the process

I can assure you 90% that chance's of freshers getting selected is pretty low.
If you need to get selected you should have atleast an experience of 1 year and also you should attend the interview by reference from an consultancy then you will get selected.
My friend is working in this company, the pay will be satisfactory but your growth will be dormant in this company.
