Dissapointed with their services garbage collector have not fix schedule to collect trash weather our dues always paid on time, tried to request by calling the customer care but always they have different reason's not actual statement when the collector will come to collect even they are not providing upper management contact, also they said today garbage vehicle will visit us but nobody visit. our service with them is more than 20 years but there is not value's for old client's.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm trying last 2 weeks to reach to someone and get general waste management offer for our clinic, no one picks up the phone or puts on hold for 20 min then disconnects.
