EUROPE: The supplier is very responsive only until you place the order. When the truck arrives at port, they pressure you to clear customs quickly, promising the paperwork and issues will be resolved afterward. But once you clear it — and the problem is no longer theirs — they completely wash their hands of it. The truck has no EU certificate of conformity, so you cannot register or legally drive it. Then they stop replying, delay for months and try to avoid any complaints. Very bad experience — STAY AWAY.
