The red snapper tenders were tough as shoe leather. I can't understand how fish could be that tough! Croquettes tasted like that were reheated. The ceviche was way under seasoned. The servers seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else but at work. The ambiance is great and the only thing giving it 2 stars.

Overpriced and our waitress was terrible. She never even attempted to get us to buy a second drink. We watched the table next to us get extremely good service by a waiter. Very disappointed by the experience and the ridiculous amount of money spent for such a tiny dinner.

Update: the manager of the night shift "Christina" came to us very concerned about our service, she took care of us very very well, she was very friendly and helpful plus she gave us a few advice about the city. Thanks Christina you're the best in this place

We stayed at Courtyard Marriott Isla Verde so the most easy for us was some times stay on the hotel and enjoy the restaurants over there. The Sirena restaurant is overpriced and not only that the customer service was terrible, but also the two times we been there the order took forever to get served.

Dining at a very low level, the wine was poured into the glass, which is on the table: (before they settled in the restaurant they gave us a menu to see what their prices are, whether we can afford it! We ordered 6 of them 1 was completely cold when we were brought to the table.

As the name suggest they have ocean facing view which makes it really worth going. You will find people staying in Marriott hanging out with friends and family. This place also provides lot of opportunities for clicking beautiful pictures having ocean in the background with bluish water. At times, one might find mosquitoes especially during late evenings but ask for spray from the restaurant staffs and they will happily help you

The view is espectacular. I had the seafood pasta and it was absolutely delicious. My daugther has the sea bass. The only thing unpleasant thing about the sea bass dish were the mashed potatoes. They were a bit salty. The restaurant has outdoor seating. I would suggest using mosquito repellent when evening dining. Service is good.

If they served you Kraft Mac & Cheese (they don t) this would still be one of the best places to eat just for the beach and sunset. The good news is the food is also delicious. Definitely worth the visit and get here before sunset.

Restaurant is either a hit or miss. Sometimes you can get good food, however sometimes the food was just not great. Most of the time the service was good, however a couple of times it seemed like it took forever. Nice view of the beach.

Hostess was warm and seated us immediately . Then we sat for thirty minutes waiting for service . We saw a young man grab the attention of a server then she came to help us. She provided a little attitude , not much service . White couple sits at the table next to us and she magically immediately provides them with excellent service . Needless to say we left and will make sure to never patronize this location again , and we will tell as many people as we can to avoid this place .
