Very low quality products.
I bought a computer chair online for Rs 7000 .It is very low quality. When I move on the chair there is a annoying sound always.After one month , one of wheels was broken. They repaired it but with a used wheel set.

Worst Service. We ordered a fridge form the IDH singer showroom and they delivered it today. However the fridge was not in good quality. When we called to inform someone responsible in the showroom, manager started screaming and demanded to visit the showroom at that time without even checking if the time is convenient to the customer. Also there is a 10 year warranty period for the product and if the behavior is this unprofessional at the beginning how can we rely on you for other repairs? She behaved very unprofessionally when we visited the showroom so we had to get it refunded. We would not go for Singer products in future.

Visited Singer Nugegoda branch around 10.30 am today 3/5/2021, as I normally purchase from Singer and in this instance I wanted to purchase a KDK table fan. Spoke to the sales guy who was downstairs and told him what I wanted. Waited for about 25 mins and nothing was moving re my request, I just crossed the road to Abans and was attended to, not ignored, by the salesman and cashier who were the only people there. There were 2 other customers as well at the time. My purchase may have taken 15 mins for them to go to stores, test to ensure it was in working order, issue bill and warranty after payment and off I went. That is service

Please don t buy anything from Singer online . Don t trust them . I purchased iPhone 12 online fully paid on 29 th November and my delivery date they said was 10th December. On delivery day they called me and said that stocks are over will refund . I was so disappointed, couldn t buy it from other companies which had stocks at the time I ordered Singer .Do not trust singer on line . Singer customer care unit is so poor service, they ignore the customer doesn t take care . I paid Rs 319000.00 . For a amount like this they don t care at all . Don t trust Singer online

I have been a regular customer of singer mega and went to singer plus for the first time as the product I was looking for was not available.
Their service is extremely poor and they run with very immature sales people who wasted around one hour in the billing section and at last I was sort of forced to buy the product without discount and installments.

They do repair maintenance for laptops bought in singer outlets, but the address is changed they have moved to another location, the laptops are mainly Dell & singer, the service is quick & can collect your laptop in 2 days.

We did buy a table fan 15 months back (we paid extra to have 3 years warranty too). One of the fan blades broke off at midnight while the fan was working. When we took the thing to the branch purchased, the person in charge was saying no warranty replacement for physical damage.

THE FAN BLADE BROKE WITHIN 15 MONTHS OF PURCHASING IS BECAUSE THAT IS AN INFERIOR PRODUCT & CERTAINLY NOT BECAUSE OF ANY MISHANDLING ON OUR PART.

Everyone I've talked to at Singer were saying it's a physical damage & warranty is void for this. As far as I'm concerned, it's just that they have bad customer care policy on top of that product they sold being not having the right standards. I'm fully disappointed with the experience...
