Word of advice:
Ask properly on the phone before interview.

Wasted my trip there because apparently they are recruiting call center members under this certain category (healthcare) under customer service. Thought I would get a proper job under healthcare but didn't in the end, the offer was to work as a recruiter in healthcare and not to recruit u actually.
If confused, as long as they tell you that the pay is $7.50/h add commission, u know they are hiring u to be a recruiter (call center at their office) to put it simply, u are hired to work there as their junior?

Not sure what their agency is about, but in the end all the job that she offered was only being a recruiter under healthcare despite being told on the phone that there are many job opportunities available to me that she wished to discuss and see if I'm interested (she did not do so in the end and only stated being recruiter and a nurse(that is not offered to me as well because no job vacancy yet?))

Plus there is almost no communication or teamwork there, posted a job wanted under job streets website and when I enquired about the duties under assistant for healthcare stated in the post they posted there, she claimed it's the work of her other colleague and apologized for the misunderstanding and continued to press on that being assistant in healthcare is no different from what they are doing - simply spending time in office calling numbers and all the admin stuff.
But to me there's a obviously clear difference in terms of pay, experience workplace and attending to healthcare facilities more instead of just a simple telephone call.

Got my hopes up for nothing to be honest. :/

It s really all deceptive. It s very good when interviewing, but once you have something to discuss with them, you re said to be your own fault, and you have to pay them $200. Ok, very unsupportive. I can advise everyone who is eager to find a job. If you are in a hurry, you should go to a more formal place to find a job. I personally do not recommend this place. I hope that all friends can pay attention to our comments. Those good comments are fake. I believe that everyone who has been deceived on the Internet is very uncomfortable. I strongly urge that the company be removed. It is really hard to find a job and be careful not to find it.

Zero stars if I could choose. Emailed a resume over for a specific staff. Yet all other random staffs keep SPAM calling for the whole of next day. Totally no ethics. Worse recruiting firm with no professionalism.

I'm a 16 year old, so I found an ad, they posted online and went to apply. Went down to the office to apply. But they 'conned' me and my friends into working with them as there is this job for popular, but recruit express only paid $6/h while popular paid $7/h. So we we're thinking of just apply to popular directly, but THEY SAID IF WE DO THAT WE WILL BE FINEF $5000. We didn't even sign any contract or anything, just filled up our basic info. But because we didn't know, as we just graduated from secondary school, we we're afraid of the fine so we signed a contract. Turns out there was no fine at all!!!!!

Guessing from all the reviews I have to say I'm kinda nervous contacting this folk now. So far I have sent an e-mail yesterday enquiring about a job listing and no reply nothing. Well, couldn't expect anything else from a bunch of no-gooder recruiters.
Get a real job losers.

Worst HR recruiter Keith Teo. Texted him regarding a job ad and he was not keen on replying any questions asked and just asked to come down directly to office to fill up the basic info. We even asked if age, and basic english is a requirement for a temp packing job and he said just come down. When we reached, he mocked my friend for her age and her english. This is extremely rude and unprofessional, and a wasted trip for my friend. He could've answered this basic question over whatsapp yet he made her go all the way down to get rejected. Worse recruiter ever do NOT engage Keith Teo as an agent.

Cheryl was very meticulous on the day of our meeting. Now she just disappeared lol great service

Trash agency,keep on contact and sending me messages asking me to go down and sign the contract like i was being forced by them, hope they close down anytime soon and stupid 200 bucks termination fee

1. Applied for a job ( living around JE) but then the agency asked me to go United Square @ Novena for interview. I ve told the guy thru WhatsApp that my place of stay is Bukit Gombak and he told me to go Novena. After that I ve realised there is another Recruit express at JE CPF building..

2. Asked my agency if I could invite a Friend under the same company as me after I got a job there
Agency ask if we have to work together .. I alr told them that we would prefer to work together earlier but still ask . Aft that when I said pref under same company but diff departments the agency grey tick on WhatsApp .. Msg sent at 12.10 pm last seen was 5+ pm

I previously had no luck finding jobs through recruit express.But my recent experience with them is the last straw. Leon Tan from recruit express contacted me for a job position and asked me to come down for interview all the way to thomson road. After all the hassle and almost getting in to an accident i reached the place. The whole interview lasted 15 mins. He also said he would send my profile to few more companies and would inform me about any possible interviews. I waited for a week and had no calls from him so i texted him and the first thing he asked was "who are you?'. This negligence shows that these people dont track their candidates or even bother to call them back. worst recruitment agency ever. never going back to you guys again.

Joey Chen and Ray Loh at Recruit Express made the effort to inform me straight away whenever there was a job position available.

They also made it a point to try their best to select a role which would fit my criteria. They were both polite and professional during the entire process.

They were prompt and not pushy at all. I am sure they are able to seek out job opportunities for you too.

Youngsters need to be careful. Before you sign anything, check what are you signing for whether is it a contract or particulars. They will ask you to come down when you ask something via whatsapp, in the end got rejected due to underage. Salary also come in late, quite common...due to their poor management. This agency usually offer temporary opening jobs for some company desperately need people such as warehouse , retails or f&b assistants. For salary wise, yes they took small sum from your salary to RE. For exp, the company offer you $8/hr, you get $7/hr.

Any recruitment agency are just a waste of your time real job seeker should always AVIOD agency find job yourself without any funny contract blinding funny contract terms and conditions

Wouldn't recommend this recruit agent. Agents are extremely unprofessional and no time concept.

Office seems nice and good and looks professional. Staff are okay but however replies are damn slow.Got once call me go down sign contract but last min say job position not available liao. Applied and wait 1 or 2months than call bck when sch have alrdy started.

I took up an assignment thru Recruit Express (RE) where there were other temps from another recruitment agency working on the same job but they were paid double compared to what RE was paying me & my other RE temp colleagues!!
When asked, all the other RE temps gave all different versions of how we should submit our timesheets. 1 guy said his agent didn't even tell him! We all had different agents but all from RE. This gave the impression that either the agents didn't really know their own company's processes or didn't care! All the agents cared about was their own commission. Whether the temps get their pay timely or not is not their concern.
So beware of irresponsible recruitment agents.

They just cannot do their job. They will keep spamming the job website and have employees to humiliate you and waste your time and money.

Don t apply for jobs here. It is very bad company. I messaged my agent that i would like to terminate the contract but he constantly ignored me. When he finally replied he wanted to call me and i called him and told him the reasons why i would like to terminate. He told me that he would get back to me the next day but he hasn t messaged me/called me ever since. DON T Apply at recruitexpress. The agents only want commission and they take a very long time to inform their HR abt any situation. Wish i could rate 0 but oh well.

Worked here and had the worst time of my entire life. Super toxic.. from the inside out. i shun RE everytime I see listings from this job. They receive ridiculously high commission and offer jobs at only 7-8$ per hour when they get 15$/hr for these assignments.

I always have problems with my paycheck. How they process your salary, is not the same as what was stated in the contract. Don t be surprised if you ll get your pay 1 week or more later because of PH . Also don t resign in the middle of the month, your pay will still be processed until end of the month. Also they keep on sending me amended contracts a few times after I started my job and expect me to sign and get back to them. I can t clam my mcs as stated in the contract. Ridiculous.

AVOID AGENT ERICA AT ALL COSTS. did not inform me that job was taken up, while I foolishly travelled to the other side of the earth (TAMPINES) and she had the cheek to offer a lower pay job. do yourselves a favor and avoid ERICA, CHARISSA ONG, and TAN JOANNA. I speak from experience.

Bad Experience with Brendan Low. In this job market with high demand for talents, pushed for diploma level job whereas with my MBA experience. As I was naive worked with company for a year and found out the company was willing to pay me 50% more than what Recruit Express was paying me. Recruit Express took the balance for commission. If you are contacted by them try your best to speak with HR directly after 3 months for a fair deal as you might not be able to during negotiation to contract with company directly. Hope they improve on toxic company culture.

Is it possible to give 0 stars? Little ethics and poor professionalism. Horrid.

Be extremely extremely careful. Do not sign the contract if they want you to pay 1 month salary if you are not able to complete working for at least 3 months. Is this against MOM regulation?
