Don't be rude to them then they won't be rude to you. Went there for my medical checkup today. All was fine,staff at counter was friendly too. The negative reviews must be from people who just dun want to serve NS and say this and that about the location being inconvenient.
Haha good thing I am a phillipino who came here just to get my PR and my scholarship. But of course I have to serve NS. Singaporeans here are really spoilt ngl.
Takes a extremely long time due to waiting. Overall a complete waste of time.
Visited CPMB for medical screening. Staff were rude and unprofessional and wasted a lot of time.
Don't bother showing up at the timing assigned to you, you'll end waiting for more than 2 hours only to realise that you're the last person in line. Doctors don't really care which is fair because they don't really have a choice but to be there. This place is a complete waste of space and time.
I just went today 21/04/21, the staffs were friendly and they were nice. The process was fast and simple. They might have been a bad service before but now i think they ve improved
I went there for my NS Checkup today 29 August 8am...
Here is what I went through:
Gate Entrance: Security Check & Counter,
Take a Sticker Pass and just WALK THROUGH the gate... Don't be like me...I stood there thinking I can scan the sticker
*I was a little lost..but just walk to left...entrance of building all the way to the left... you gotta follow the road*
Building Counter: Give NRIC...they give you a checklist board thing...
The stations I went through(may not be in order):
1: Photo, wear a jacket, no specs and smile
2: 3D body model machine(to see your physical build maybe) and foot scanner (to see if you got flat foot maybe?)
*Walk to another place with all the rooms*
3: Hearing Test: in a quiet room which looks like a gas chamber
4: Urine Test: By Yourself: Take a cup with a colour strip, go into toilet and pee into cup and dip ur strip and show to the officer...
Blood Test: The medical guy is nice but then he had to draw blood from me twice... aiyo...
5: Eye test, Eye-yo I dun need say anything...
6: Dental Check: see if ur teeth are good?
7: X Ray
8: Height and Weight, Heart Pulse, Blood Pressure...
Do note that if the guy is in a rush, they will just roughly measure your height to clear the queue...Not accurate... My height is 164 but he somehow measured as 160.... and now I'm classified as Obese instead of Overweight...

9: Blood pressure
10: Go into consultant room...and show ur P P... to check if got disease... I just pull down for 5 seconds... not awkward one...just chill...
11: IQ Test to see if u dumb (may take up to 3 hours to complete)
My entire checkup is from 8am exactly...to 10.30am...if ur early la...so goodluck soldier!
I dont usually rate stuff...but this I have to! Because of the damn height and weight station being soo rushed... Rip Im going for 19 week BMT...
Overall Smooth and Quick if you book the early slot and went early... xd
Unlike what the other reviews may suggest, people here were adequately friendly(like anywhere else in sg). The place is really clean and efficient

The place overall is fine. Good experience. Just a tip if any of u going for medical checkup. DONT GO LATE OR ELSE U have to come back other day to complete the rest.
