I love their chicken quesadillas, the grilled bacon and cheese, home chips and pickles.
Love that this place uses so much local products! Food was FANTASTIC!!! Great selection of local treats! Can not wait to visit Cadillac again to enjoy another great lunch!
The food was ok. Chicken Caesar wrap was loosely packed with shredded chicken, romaine lettuce, and a bit of dressing. Was more flour tortilla wrap than filling. If there was cheese in it, I could not tell. I was unimpressed for $7. It also came with a small bag of kettle chips and the tiniest bit of side (pasta salad). I've included a picture of the side with a quarter for scale. The tomato soup was quite tasty! However for almost $6, the amount was smaller than expected. Simply delightful is great for gifts and chocolate, but as far as lunch goes it's pretty standard with above average prices. For $2 more you can eat lunch at Herman's and receive higher quality and quantity. Suggestions: Pack the wraps tight and add something unique....like hand grated Parmesan. Maybe also add 4oz to the soup? Also increase volume of the side by at least 2x.
Just went into the store wanting 3 baskets made up for gifts and was never asked if I needed help and the 2 people working were in the back just chatting it up! Saved me a lot of money....
The People who work here are so nice! It's like a cozy place and has a comfortable atmosphere! Their food is 'Simply Delightful' and I could say so many more wonderful things about this place!
Always consistently good food at reasonable prices. Sandwiches, quesadillas, wraps, salads and soups. Wide assortment of flavored popcorn. Also fudges and chocolates. Great place for families. My grandsons love it!
Everything about my lunch was simply delightful. My friend had an Italian sub and she said it was fantastic. I had the jalapeno grilled cheese and it could have possibly been the best grilled cheese I've ever had. The owner is very sweet as well. I can't wait for covid to be over so I can come back to see the whole store.

Friendly people and great food! I've enjoyed their menu before but recently discovered their take away frozen individual microwavable meals. I had "pizza casserole" today (heated up on the stovetop) and it seriously tasted like it was freshly made! Great prices too!
Found this little place. Had it closed off mosty because of state regulations but we ordered quickly and food came almost right out. They were so sweet and even added a little bit of a chocolate chip cooke bar with the lunches. Great variety. I would definitely come back again and again when in the area!
Ruth is such a sweetheart. I came into today and wasn t sure what I wanted. I asked about the avocado toast, but she suggested something else...an Avocado Grilled Cheese. Avocado, cheese, and apricot preserves.... as odd as it sounds, it s probably the best sandwich I ve ever had. I got a side of potato salad with it. Absolutely delicious. I could taste the mustard, but there was something in there that added a *twang* and I can t figure out what it is, but it made it amazing. If you ve never been in here, you need to. Amazing gifts, a wide assortment of popcorn, and sweet treats, like homemade pecan turtles, chocolate covered pretzels, possibly everything a choco-holic could ever dream of. Last time I came in, I got peach popcorn. Also amazing. Definitely give this place a try if you haven t already. And if this review doesn t make you want to go in there, that smell of freshly popped popcorn in the morning will draw you in.
Great store, tons of Michigan tourist products and whitty memorabilia. I highly recommend stopping by this interesting store.
