Please be aware when you order Fix IT Pro Pen products! I placed an order on September 15, 2013 but it never reached me. I called the Company and they placed a new order on December, 2013. The tracking information was provided to me but the package never arrived because it was damaged! I contacted Simoniz USA representatives several times over the phone and by email. They finally placed an order third time on February 25, 2014. I still don t have the tracking information and don t know where my order is. It has been a half a year trying to get it resolved with no success. I hope that Simoniz USA Management will read the review and contact me.

Story continues...I received the package on March 18th and was very disappointed to see that the package is damaged. I put it on the carpet without checking it properly and the paint leaked out of the package and left a stain on my carpet! I returned the package to the post office on March 19th. Hope to get the product one day...

Watch your back when getting Simoniz extra wear and tear insurance, they will do everything not to pay out, endless hoops to jump through
