Great prices and great finds. Had all the items I needed to potty train my little one without buying disposable pull ups. They were very helpful and always on top of everything and their feeding room is just amazing.

Def. recommend buybuy baby as the main source for a shower registry. I made an apt. and was grateful to meet Chris who made the whole experience completely seamless and was very honest about all the items we scanned and gave his very best opinion on everything as I trusted him 100%. He is amazing and we are grateful to have worked with him.

I placed an order online that consisted of four items. I received an email confirming only two of the items and saying that they

"couldn't find the other two items. I got to the store and found a very long line and one person at the counter taking a long time ringing up a large order. Two employees walked by, walking between the cash register and the long line and disappeared.

The woman in front of me came back to her partner and commented the line had not moved and she been gone for 15 minutes.finally a woman showed up and opened up a second register and called to have somebody else open up a third register and that person happened to be one of the people that walked by earlier and did nothing. So basically my impression is that buy buy baby needs to work on their customer service

This was my first time at the store and we we're setting up a registry. The women at the desk we're SUPER friendly and enthusiastic. The store is neat, and clean and is super easy to walk through.

They also have a small motherhood clothing section and changing room which is nice.

After we finished we checked back in at the registry desk to turn in our scanner. A stroller we wanted wasn't in stock so they shipped it to nthe house for free! (And they took our 20% off coupon from bed bath and beyond!).

Oh, bonus.....you get a small gift bag with some free samples when you register!!

My first time ever going in here was when I got hired on the spot. I was so excited, they were clear about goals, roles, and safety guidelines. A few days in, I saw how dysfunctional the culture at this store was. At orientation, we were told that the codename for when someone is stealing was "Gina Lopez." As a Hispanic woman in a predominantly white setting, I was instantly offended but remained optimistic. Soon after, it was evident how different the customer service was that they gave their typical henrietta customer, vs a person of color, who spoke different, dressed differently, and clearly looked different. The store manager, and her 2 minions literally would walk "laps"around the store when someone who "stood out" came in without them even behaving suspiciously. She even made me bring in ALL my items in one day when I needed her to give me a copy of my receipt for an error THEY made. I guess she saw a potential opportunity to confiscate goods, to her surprise not all ppl of color steal try and she would know that if she focused on all groups of ppl rather than ignoring the ppl who look like her and harassing all others. They were very nit picky with employees which is why everyone hated their job, and was afraid to give feedback, and they were just as anal with customers. They need to back off they don't get paid enough, one of the girls would come on her day off with her baby and her husband to do xtra work around the store, and then expect others to work off hrs as well too. The only thing good about this store is their natural products, and informed associates, otherwise they are bias towards both consumers and employees, and only hire "minorities" b/c its the law.

I order a car seat stroller combo the beginning of Aug . The item was shipped but never made it to my location. FedEx informed me that BuyBuy baby need to make a claim . Can t speak to anyone at BuyBuy baby customers service. Long wait time and then the call is disconnected. I went to the local BuyBuy B just to be told to call the number that no one answering. This is the worst experience ever and would not recommend anyone buy online with the because everything is blamed on Covid.

Baby stores make me uncomfortable, but the staff at this store are actually really helpful and kind. They answer questions but are not pushy in any way. The selection here is huge and can be overwhelming, but offers a lot of opportunities to try out potential purchases.

Very comprehensive in baby product purchases. Their registry is easy to do and also buy from. Prices are comparable to other baby retailers. I like that you are able to use bed bath and beyond coupons in store if they aren t expired. People are friendly and helpful.

What INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called this store because there was an item that my husband and I wanted and it was showing as being out of stock locally. I simply called to double check and the girl who answered the phone went above and beyond to help, and even went as far as offering to take my order over the phone and waive the shipping fees since it was out of stock. Fantastic customer service, above and beyond! Thank you, Henrietta Buy Buy Baby!!!

Great place for family who has baby, young children. There are almost things we need for ourselves and our babies.
And the most great thing about the place, everybody who works at the place is happy always and super kind & friendly and very helpful. I am always appreciated what they do.

Very disappointed. Store sign said they are open until 6:00 and when I call to make sure it also said 6:00. Made it with 30 minutes to spare and apparently they close at 5:00. They need to make that update on the store, phone system and the website. People shouldn't be waiting outside the store. There were multiple people who came after us too. People drive pretty far to come here.

Some of the worst customer service in my memory. I find it annoying that a 20% of coupon does not apply to a sizable item that would benefit from a 20% off coupon. In days like today - where ANYTHING can ship for free from Amazon - forcing a customer to pay a $99 "delivery fee" is ridiculous. So my item, with the additional delivery fee and the lack of discount tacks an extra $200 on what I had planned on spending. Because the mother is registered here - I have to purchase here. EXCEPT THAT MY ORDER DOESNT GET LOGGED AGAINST THE REGISTRY. Would have been better off ordering at Amazon, less expensive and free delivery.
And all of that is before trying to track my item! Customer service is no help. The mother to be waited five and a half hours on the second delivery date - (no notification of the first delivery date) - only to be stood up by the delivery service. And that was over a week ago. Eight weeks - and we still have no idea where this crib is.
