Outdoor shopping is very cold for children in winter.
Great place to stroll. Many well-known brand stores and a few different stores to visit.
Always enjoyed the strolling amongst gracefully landscaped paths . Always stopped by La Bagutte's for latte/coffee, fresh OJ, freash bread, strawberry ramanoffs and dessert cups! Although prices have doubled since 10 years ago
Very nice outdoor mall with good restaurants and high-end brands.
Lot of options, bit on pricer side, good for families and groups
Love the selection of stores here! Also is a super dog friendly being an outdoor mall. The food selection here is okay. There's a handful of restaurants but nothing to write home about. The most popular food attraction, I think, here is Shake Shack.
Nice shopping center. Lots of parking and good food options. The store selection various between high end and mid range clothing. All in all the best mall that I can highlight in the SF Bay Area.
Overpriced stuff, but it has a MCD because of Ronald McDonald House. Great walking mall. Homeless people are thrown out fast here
Many good stores in here! High end stores and good restaurants!
Pleasant outdoor shopping center with a nice variety of shops and restaurants, including California Pizza Kitchen, Macy's, and American Girl.
Super nice open mall in Palo Alto. Great stores and awesome walk. Also good restaurants around.
High end shopping with a lot of shops to choose from. This is not a shopping center for a quick cheap trip. We went to go there to visit food places and do some light shopping. I can say that it is a very clean shopping center and pairs with the crowd. Even the changing tables for infants are covered in leather and clean.
This is one of the best known shopping centers in the area. They have everything from closing and accessories to science shops to computers and restaurants. They even have a grocery store, Sigona's Market. There are good places to hang out with kids while adults shop.
Very nice mall in Palo Alto, just north of the University, with outstanding shopping and dining choices. Recommended.
Beautiful space. After the construction is finished it should be even nicer.
Stanford Shopping Center is always wonderful! Great shops, restaurants and organic groceries at Sigonias.
It's a high end shipping center, a lot of very luxurious items. And the surrounding environment is carefully maintained, so it's clean and full of flowers, very beautiful. And the digital map panel is extremely useful, like a giant iPad, much better than old school map guide. Everything here is high quality and relaxing. The brilliant shopping center match the elite status of nearby Stanford University, only the best of the best of the best is staying here.
Great place to go shopping with friends. Cloths there are truly amazing.
I dined at The Melt. My Patty Melt was fantastic. Planning to make my next visit soon.
Looks very upscale. Many good restaurants, shops, wide variety. It's even good for just taking a walk here. The price is bit on the high end.
I don t like malls. But this one is okay. A little upscale. On the upside they have an Apple store.
It's comfortable, luxurious, and convenient for parking.
Really nice. It's cool seeing technology in action with their giant touch screen maps. Though not as accurate to touch, but that's to be expected on a publicly used tool
The shopping center is quite expansive with a huge variety of stores. Most are high-end but welcoming. The Santa Claus here is great and is smiling through all experiences. He takes the time to talk to the children.
Do NOT leave personal items visible in your car and lock it up.
Beautiful outdoor space and great variety of stores !! They even have a nice little grocery shop inside where you can get some beers and wine to go and have a picnic on the beautiful Stanford campus and cry about not getting in ... be sure to do the walking tour of the campus before or after it s beautiful
You can buy lots of books there and also somewhat overpriced Stanford shirts/accessories
Nice if it's nice weather. Most areas are not covered so if it's raining take an umbrella.
Great outdoor setting for shopping. The shops are all very well kept, the area is friendly and affords a relaxing and fun shopping experience!
A great mall with a wide variety of stores, fun to just walk around and pop into small unique stores. Although a warning to anyone visiting, it is pricey and if you have a bad habit of impulse buying, watch out.
Essentially a playground for the wealthy as many Stanford students and graduates shop here. Things are very expensive but a fun place to take a date
Samsung Experience Store is closed. Try UBreakIFix stores Cupertino
Best shopping center in Bay Area! Clean, stylish, full of choices! We got photo with Santa before Xmas, daughter was so excited about it! Thank you Stanford Shopping center for providing this activity!
Awesome place to visit year round. Great little specialty shops and fantastic luxury chains. A place to visit and a place to be for sure! A must visit!
My dad and sister and me used to go here in the 1990s. We bought European square pillow shams to decorate our bedroom from the linen store. And bought some neutral boy's polo shirts at the Polo Store. The atmosphere was nicer than today, back then because people weren't so uptight trying to show off. The yuppies didn't try to show off to anyone. I am pro yuppie from the 1980s.
Clean, and a good selection of high end, pricey stores.
People here are very nice. Brooks Brothers is on one side and Tailor Maid on the other. Great place to get shopping done. sigonas has some really nice orange and fresh apple juice. A little out of the way since I like in South San Jose, but everything is fresh and tasty.
The money place for a broke state ,is ok for a walk through. Snobby, but that's the nature of the people around the area ,
Great shopping center with great selection of restaurants, cafes, and stores.
not too many people but good place to hang out and spend some time
Great selection of premium stores. My family and I often drive an hour and a half to spend time in Palo Alto and this is often our first stop.
A lot of stores, great shopping experience, comfortable and comprehensive
Upscale mall, with luxurious stores, nice restaurants.
You can find anything in this shopping center and great prices
Many brands available. Conveniently located close to campus. Stores are charming there
What is up with cellular service and WiFi at this mall? I can t get reception on my phone and only Starbucks provides WiFi. No texting no phone calls while I m at the mall. Is this mall doing something to reduce cellular coverage? Super annoying.
I've been coming here for over 30 years and it's just a beautiful shopping center. Relaxing and I never get any pressure from sales people here. Beautiful
Beautiful as always, seems to cater more to the wealthy over the years. Sad that Nike is gone.
always busy but stays pretty clean, has a decent variety of stores like any other mall, but has a lot more upscale stores, way out of my price range
No bathrooms, difficult parking and access to stores
Ummm..Standford Shopping center.
First impression:
-OK amount of parking lots.
-Great environment, clean clean clean! And most stores have their nice decor. I recommend this to any ladies or couples, here is somewhat quiet and not always much people around.
But the longer time I have spent in the shopping center, the more disappointed I am..
- The first thing I must complain about is the dinning, there was only a few place to eat in the center, and I spent almost 25 minutes to find a place to eat....And it is called McDonald's....
-And as a poor college student, I found myself was having hard time to buy anything that has good value for money. I mean, there are so many beautiful store and they are selling so many beautiful products like clothing, but they are either had price tags that shown the price mostly more than a hundred dollars.
Even on weekdays, there were relatively many people and it was lively
In Japan, there were AppleStore and Microsoft shops that are not often seen in shopping malls
It seems that the family members of Stanford s student teachers are still rich and wealthy. This is a luxury concentrated place.
Beautiful shopping center. Its huge, clean and safe.
Nice outdoor mall. Not stuffy like the large indoor malls. Lots of nice shops and places to get coffee, juice, snacks. Love the Italian store with many specials and the French bakery. Amazing Apple store with all glass exterior.
Parking is across the drive in lane, short distance from the shops. Can get busy on weekends but it as bad as some of the large malls in San Jose
