I have so many doctors appointments at Stanford and always come here to relax and wait for my boyfriend to get off of work. He works at Stanford also! Best way to get here from Stanford is it take the short free bus tram from Stanford Main Hospital to Blake Wilbur Cancer center. From there go to the back of the Blake Wilbur building towards the children's hospital. Cross the street at the children's hospital to the children's hospital clinics at 730 Welch. Cross the street from 730 Welch to Nordstroms. And finally Nordstroms to the main mall! It's about a 15-20 minute walk definitely doable! They recently renovated the small and put tons of new restaurants, a new bathroom, and also charging stations! I love the Urban outfitters selection of accessories and also the renovated Victoria's Secret! They have a bunch of super expensive stores that are also just fun to browse! It's an outdoor mall so definitely bring a sweater during the cold seasons. One downside... is all the disgusting birds. Beware of the center of the mall, the seating areas, and the hallway leading to the Starbucks. So unsanitary for a "rich people" mall.

The security for numerous days have not been wearing a mask. They enforce that no one is to eat their lunch outside by themselves, but they themselves do not social distance and do not wear a mask.

Great shopping mall, where you walk outside for the most of the time. The Stanford Shopping Center has multiple outlet stores, selling brand clothes with discounts up to 80%. Also be sure to visit the Tesla Visiting Store, and be sure to check out the various restaurants in the center. Large parking as part of the center. Walking distance to Stanford University.

Enjoyable and open space place to take your pets and kids for a stroll. Tesla and Apple store here. I came to eat at the pacific catch. An took my family for a nice walk, social guidance in effect and masks are a must on site. Be safe and stay safe we all need to watch out for each other.

Beautiful outdoor mall! Includes stores and lounging areas with couches & charging stations, gorgeous landscaping and a rectangular-shaped electric fireplace. Some of tbe most upscale shops along with Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, and Niemans. Lovely.

Very safe during COVID. Every store I visited took necessary precautions and monitored the number of customers in the store. Also, being as this is an outdoor mall, you quite literally get a little more breathing room. Recommended for in-person holiday shopping during this "pandemic winter"!

Nice place outdoors to spend time and donaome shopping. Very easy to get to and walk around. There are little gardens and places to eat with tables outside. The price of the product we were looking for was the same found at the Hillsdale mall. Better going here for the location and service is way better.

There is a variety of stores here, but you generally pay a premium compared to other locations. Additionally, the majority of stores are upscale. There is a great selection of food and the place is beautiful. Bathrooms are clean. Great to visit and ogle, but generally to costly to be worth buying clothing here.

As far as shopping centers go this one is beautiful and very similar to some shopping streets in Europe. You'll find pretty much every store you could want without having to travel into San Francisco.

Really love this place! Lots of great shops and I love that you can bring your dog :) The parking can be really tricky on a weekend though. Even though there's a lot of 'space', the parking gets eaten up really quickly, especially if you go around the Dry Bar area.

However, there is a great selection of high and low stores and I really like the diversity.

Tip: Go and park at Nordstrom and then walk across the street to Stanford Shopping Center.

Con: No Lululemon :(

A great place to hang out and catch healthy food, in both of which it offers a surprising amount of variety. It is the best such complex within a good distance, even though most food and shopping is definitely of the upper scale. A good place to spend a half or full day with family, friends or significant others shopping.
