Karen Sherrill is far and away the greatest realtor with whom we have ever worked. My wife and I have bought or sold over seven properties in the last ten years and our experience with Karen Sherrill was unquestionably the most professional of all.

Karen Sherrill offered suggestions as to how we may best stage our home to make it stand out from the crowd and attract buyers. A comprehensive marketing plan that targeted our area and price range was developed. Consequently, we had numerous showings and offers.

Karen created a spread sheet of the offers so we could compare and decide which one was best. She communicated with us almost daily and kept us advised of the sale process and progress.

Working with Karen was truly an enjoyable experience. We have "found" our realtor for all future real estate needs. Give Karen Sherrill a call. You will be glad you did.

Teri Brockway was great to work with. She explained every step and was always available for our questions. She was easy to work with and we felt like she listened to our needs. Teri knows her market and has a lot of knowledge about how to sell your house.

We had a previous Agent for 6 months, and she was VERY slow to respond and a couple deals fell through.
We hired Beau Greene because he was extremely quick in replying to our calls/messages. After no more than 2 weeks, we had an offer accepted on a 1-day-old listing.
If you want an upper echelon service, go with Beau.

Our realtor, Karen SHERRILL, went above and beyond helping us sell our home for a good price when we suddenly had to move out of state.

We had a wonderful experience with Pam Butler as our realtor. Moving from out of state, we were unsure of the neighborhoods or areas that would fit our needs, both personal and professional. Pam took the time to inform us of all the advantages and disadvantages of each area and neighborhood. When negotiating for the house, it was clear that Pam was on our side and had our best interests in mind. So much so that we backed out of one house when the builder could not guarantee a solution to an issue due to Pam s advice. Pam then negotiated for us in a new area with another builder and we couldn t be happier. We put our trust in Pam and she took that to heart and got us our home here in Texas. Pam has continued to check up on us and that kind of commitment and dedication to quality service you can never put a price on. If you are looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend Pam and her company, Simien Properties. In fact, I recommend only her when people ask me about buying or selling here.

Karen helped us buy our home 4 years ago and she was great then so I reached out to her to sale my grandma s home that we owned over 70 years and she had it sold so fast . She is so wonderful!!!!
