My 17 year old best furry friend recently had dental surgery at simcoe st north animal hospital. I admit I was extremely worried as he had dental surgery in another city when he was younger and had a hard time recovering. . I trusted Dr. Makowal and I am VERY pleased with the service and results! The care was fabulous with professional attention and concern.. Recovery has been quick and with very little discomfort. I would recommend Dr. Makowal and his staff to anyone who loves there animals! Thank you so much.

Neat and clean... experienced doctor and staff... following proper covid guidelines and hygiene.... well equipped lab...

What an amazing team of caring individuals!!They went above and beyond to diagnosis and care for our sick puppy. They provided updates and explanations along the way to ensure that our worries were eased. It is difficult to express in only a few words the gratitude that we have for Dr. Makowal and his associate Paige-thank you for everything! Oliver also sends his love and appreciation.

Very caring and knowledgeable vet. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 at the moment you must drop off your pet and wait outside but I have full confidence in their care. Took both of my cats for their annual shots and then extensive dental surgery. Everything went very smoothly with the surgery and I am very grateful for their professional service.

We have taken our dogs to over 5 different vets in the span of 8 years and have never been more satisfied with the type of service, care, knowledge and professionalism that we received here at Simcoe Street North Animal Hospital.

Even though we haven t been able to enter the clinic since covid, their employee Paige is outstanding and makes us feel more comfortable taking our dogs into the clinic for their appointments knowing she s their looking after them!

Dr. Makowal is the best. My dog becomes so excited when we tell him we are going to see him. Receptionists are all incredible, and all of the staff here are compassionate and caring. Dr. Makowal provides great care alongside incredible customer service. Thank you so much for all of your help!! X

Very caring, my 12 year old girl crossed Over the Rainbow Bridge on April 28/21 she was deeply loved & will be deeply missed. The staff at Simcoe Street treated her with the utmost respect.
