I am so very disappointed in the credit union. Visited the branch, my card's pin was no longer working. Of course l asked what haappened but no response. Today is Su day, l have attemped to change my pin several times. No luck. I was just in the branch. It's almost like the tellers want to create a prtoblem. What happened to customer service? What happened to quality and professional experience in doing a job well do e?

Really? SSCU offices with a Brinks truck out front, but they have no banking, no cash, and no ATM. That's just wrong.
Sofia gave me top customer satisfaction. She made sure she did not hang up the phone with me until the problem was resolved. I was going back and forth with the check company, and she handled the situation for me. I am very pleased with her service!!! Thank you again, Sofia!
I hope someone sees this, please do something about your customer service department. They lack customer service period. Start doing random shops on them to see what your bankers are experiencing!
