This hotel is located right off Broadway in the historical capital hill neighborhood. It offers a great location for you to immerse yourself in the culture while enjoying a clean, comfortable and safe hotel. The staff here are professionals and have great customer service. They are taking every precaution to keep your family safe and provide all of the amenities you can expect from this fantastic hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever been. Hair and food was on the bed when we arrived. Jacuzzi was dirty. Housekeeping took so long to come. We checked out the next day I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all so not worth the money. For the price we paid our view was Ihop roof top

The hotel was beautiful and the room was super nice. The bed was also really comfy. And compared to the last hotel I stayed at.. The heating/cooling unit was super quiet..

Nice hotel, very clean . Staff was relatively friendly but inattentive and the road noise is pretty high.

My new favorite hotel and not just because I stay here when I get out of the hospital, it has the softest beds and really good view of some of the city lights and the room service from Jimmy's is the best! Gotta try the brussel sprouts they are the best anywhere!,, and the burgers are Soo delicious, little spendy but worth it totally and who isn't spendy these days!

Quit comfortable clean smelled nice one of the better hotels in the city of Seattle honestly wish I had the money to stay here more often

Stayed here the night prior to a pretty major leg surgery so we needed a handicap accessible room for my wheelchair. First time I've ever paid any attention to that kind of thing. The room and staff were great. Staff seemed to actually care that our room met our needs. The room was really great for it's wheelchair friendliness. Price was fair for downtown Seattle. Parking according to my wife was just fine.

The staff is amazing, the king room with a jacuzzi is just the best and Jimmy's has fantastic food!

This is a nice hotel, but there's a little room for improvement. Pluses: The rooms are large, spacious, modern and well appointed. The staff is pleasant and professional. The fitness room amenities are above average with both weights and cardio machines. Things that could be better: The mattreess in our rooms were high quality, but seemed worn out and too concave for comfort. There was no liner in our room trashcan, so throwing out some coffee grounds became a problem. The vanity lights in the bathroom didn't work. Overall, I'd stay here again if they got new mattresses.

Was part of a group visiting for a memorial. The staff and accomodations were supper.

My room is clean, spacious, and the added kitchenette area is a bonus for a long stay.

So unhappy with this hotel! They had the opportunity to be the hero and instead upcharged for coming straight into their hotel (from the hospital vs booking online)! We got a room for the night for friends that needed our help. They again upcharged our friends when they needed a second night. When people are going through hell....Worried about a loved one that unexpectedly ended up in a hospital hours from home.... and the kids want to be close to their dad.
Their budget wasn't prepared for a hotel stay and all the meals out. It's was a real kick in the stomach to be treated this way.

Nice clean room. Great location, close to food, shopping, live music on the Pike strip.

This hotel stay was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. It's close to a lot of restaurants and bars, and serves as a great central location if you want to stay in Capitol Hill. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Great all around hotel. Only downside was that the hot tub closed at 10pm! Who wants a hot tub before then? Enjoyed my stay and it was walking distance to lots of great things.

Great place to stay. Parking indoor was nice and Jimmy's restaurant attached was an excellent place to eat.

Nice room's. Friendly staff. Super noisy though. Jimmy's has great food. Lots of road noise though and I had a built in alarm clock at 3:45am every morning of a homeless guy coming out of the college campus and screaming profanity at our building from the middle of the street.

Couldn't be more pleased with a hotel except i wish they had continental breakfast. However they have an amazing staff that makes up for it. I had a horrible time at hospital and shawn and Samantha at the front desk made me feel safe and comfortable. Being in the big city from a small town is scary but i felt very at ease and they are so helpful and it is super clean. For sure id reccomend.

Stayed here a few times, the view is pretty nice. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Always clean and nice.

A great hotel in Cap Hill district of Seattle. Good quality and good service as well as access to the most vibrant neighborhood in the whole city.

Excellent location, appreciated the ability to walk to work. Friendly, professional staff, free shuttle service available, restaurant in the facility, free WiFi, pool and spa on site, rooms are quite. Across the street from Seattle University.

I absolutely loved this hotel. My husband and I stayed here for a date weekend. The jacuzzi is the reason I chose this hotel. I don't have any complaints about this place. My husband and I will be back again next time we are in Seattle

Clean guest rooms, courteous staff, shuttle bus to shopping and Pikes Place Market

Excellent hotel with a great suite. Customer service was some the best I've encountered. A "guest" came into the main lobby obviously angry to whomever she was talking with on her phone. She had incredibly foul language and was loud. There were about 10 people in the lobby at the time. The front desk staff handled the situation with utmost of professionalism.

The room was well kept and orderly. My wife and I had the 2 room suite which was convenient for our other guests. The bed was comfortable. Not too hard or soft. My one complaint. The shower didn't have enough pressure and the fixture may have needed replaced. Not a big deal. I would definitely stay again.

Popped in while enjoying a work party near by and didn't want to have to risk getting home drunk. Very helpful and friendly front desk, they did everything they could to get us into a room.

The room smelt fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect! We also enjoyed the restaurant Jimmy's the food was so flavorful and the customer service was top notch both for dinner and breakfast!
Our only complaint was the windows let in cold air and so much noise. We even got up to see if they were open. I'd stay here again but ask for a room higher up to avoid the police sirens at night

It is comfortable, clean, modern, and the staff were awesome! They were all very thoughtful and kind. The lobby of the Broadway location is spacious and modern. They have a parking garage underneath so that was very helpful. I would stay there again for sure!

I always enjoy my stay at the Silver Cloud. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. Rooms are nice and clean. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great hotel, room, amenities, restaurant and especially the location! Close walking distance to other eateries, shopping, downtown,hospitals! But, they said they closed the pool in March 2019! But, they still have it running!

The room is clean and the staff is very friendly and polite. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting family at SU or the Swedish hospital both are next door.

I rate for me as much as others so that years later I can remember what I liked and what I did not. But some times it is unfair to the establishment. This is one of those instances. The only reason I am not giving this silver cloud location a 5 star is it is located downtown Seattle. I just do not like the stress of downtown. If traffic and crowds do not bother you then this is a great hotel.

Hotel is great. Staff superb. Jimmy s was great but too long of a wait on room service. Only con is the terrifying man on a bike with helmet that stays at the hotel? He made us feel unsafe and had a horrendous odor.

Stayed at the Broadway location, where we were given a Rm on the 6th floor (Which was great!); Good Size, comfy bed, nice shower (h20 pressure), Large Flat screen TV, & the free WiFi worked great!
Location was perfect for what we wanted, and when transportation was needed, the front desk graciously arranged it, and it was there. ROOM Service: Ordered brunch our first morning, and Although the food was great, as was the service was quick, $50 for ~ 1- pot of coffee, 1-Egg Ciabatta sandwich & 1- Chicken Quesadilla....But food was YUMMY!!
Needless to say, we didn't order room service again while we were there.

Food is good for meetings. Lots of options in the area.

Wonderful staff, good gym facilities, hot tub. Excellent WiFi. Generally a good hotel for the business traveler. Shuttle service excellent with regular pick ups.

Our second stay thete on last three months. Service good, locations to hospitals great if you are in town to use them. Rooms are good size and have all you need. This one has a great resturant on site.

Rooms are nice, but overall the hotel seems older. Beds are comfortable. Restaurant has good food and reasonable prices. The hotel is in a good location for the Swedish medical center (about a 5 minute walk)

My doctor's office refered me to this hotel saying that they will give me a medical discount that's why they referred this hotel to me so I booked on line said my total was $409. For a two night stay. When I arrived they charged me over $600. And refused the medical discount because I booked online they said in order to get medical discount you have to call to book instead of usein the internet site. Then they surprise you with $38 per night to park at this hotel. The walls are thin didn't get good sleep because I could hear our next door what sounded like banging on the wall and opening cabnits all night for both nights. Never booking here again not worth the outrageous amount.

As always, the WOW experience is ever present here!! From the first phone call I placed with Nick to the check in with Samantha all the way through with considerate placement of our decadent breakfast by Drew!!!! Everything is always aimed to please. The jacuzzi room is designed for ultimate luxury. Love it!!!!!

Very close to the clubbing area in a lgbtq friendly neighbourhood. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Hotel was nice and clean.

Very clean. Although kayak doesn't mention it, there is free Wi-Fi.every room comes with a refrigerator and microwave which was very nice for breastfeeding. Pool and hot tub. Very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 days while my wife was having surgery at Swedish Hospital 2 blocks away. Room was very clean and had everything you could need or want. The staff at the desk and the ladies doing the rooms were all very friendly, polite, and eager to assist you with anything. IHOP restaurant was right behind the hotel. The hotel had secured gated parking also. I would stay here again.
