Silver City Restaurant & Brewery Review

Good sized portions ..but unfortunately you need to take out a home loan in order to afford it very pricey

Disappointed that no one here knows what good food tastes like!!!! Same bland and worn out offerings on the menu for a year plus, with a hefty price. Beer is mostly mediocre, like the beers you get anywhere else. But I guess for Silverdale this is high class.

Omg the chicken pot pie is fantastic, and the only meatloaf I will eat. Yum

I've been here several times over the past ten years or so. It seems as the locals really love the place but I find it to be average at best. Food and service are OK but nothing outstanding. I live in Tacoma and feel most Bar/Restaurants in the Gig Harbor/Tacoma area are quite a bit better than Silver City. Sorry to my friend in Silverdale. I'll still meet you there for lunch.

Their home made ginger ale was great. It was a little noisy inside,but it was ok. The fish and chips I had was ok but not crispy enough. The prime rib dip my mother in law had was perfect she said.

Good as always. If you get a beer try the Octoberfest. It's a ridgetop red w/o the aftertaste.

Great beer, ambience, and service. There is nothing wrong with the food but it isn't great (but I didn't try the pizza). The food here used to be great and all made on site. I had the chicken pot pie, which was recommended by a Silver City Brewery employee I met at a beer festival, and it was presented well with a flaky crust with nice pieces of moist chicken but the filling looked and tasted like something bought pre-made, it was also a bit salty. Very underwhelming. The saving grace the beer was good. If I want to go out for beer I'll come here but if I want an interesting quality meal I'll go to some other local restaurant.

This is my favorite restaurant in kitsap county. The food is unbelievable. The service and staff are great. They bend over backwards.

I had their signature burger with fries about a month ago. I can honestly say this is my favorite restaurant in the Kitsap area

Great place to meet friends and have an excellent dinner with top notch beer and mixed drinks.

The food is eh, the beers all taste the same after a while. Had a pretzel last time I was there, it was on the verge of overcooked. Almost don't want to call it a soft pretzel. This place is going down hill in quality.

They has great service and food. But they their was quite wait when we went.

2nd time visiting this restaurant. Good is very tasty but slightly higher priced than similar food at other restaurants. However, love the menu options for food and beer. Also like the high ceilings giving an open and spacious feel. Parking is a bit of a hassle but it is worth and a must visit for Silverdale.

The food is great, the staff is like family, and the beers are amazing.

Tonight was our first night trying this place. The food was absolutely delicious, and our server was friendly and attentive. They even have a rewards club for locals.

Love silver city. I haven't tried anything here that I didn't like. The outdoor seating area is awesome on a nice day. The only bad thing I can say is that they are so far from where we live in CA. It's a treat to look forward to their fresh beer and delicious food when we make it back home.

For as many people as they seem to employ, the service is slow and inattentive. It took our entire meal to be offered refills on our beer, and we were seated in the bar area.

So much yummy! We couldn't decide what we wanted from the menu so we ordered almost everything because it all sounded so good! Did not disappoint!

Long time customer. Three things: (1) service, (2) environment, (3) food.

First the service was wonderful and has been wonderful. The waiters are attentive and always happy to help.

Second the environment inside is pretty. Parking can be difficult especially if you need handicap parking.

Third the food/beverages. Some food items are simply better mastered then others. I encourage asking the waiters what's best. For example the pizza/burgers are delicious and old time classics there, while newer items i.e. The gyro or street taco have room for improvement they are adequate but are not to the same quality as the classics. The beverages are great as always.

Overall a great and fun place to go for an evening! Friends from out of town this is a place I would bring them as they can get a taste of locally brewed beers.

Delicious burgers, great atmosphere and great beer.

I thought this would be a typical chain brewery but thankfully I was wrong. Try the cambazola burger, clam chowder or fish and chips with malt vinegar, reminiscent of my year in northern Ireland. Spendy but the
quality is exceptional!

The food was so amazing. My fiance and I went for a date night. The staff was extremely courteous. A server, who wasn't our waiter, walked by and noticed I had just finished and grabbed my plate even though we weren't in his section and he wouldn't get a tip for it, which shows how much the staff truly like their jobs. And any company who makes their workers happy, makes me happy.

Good was great and good service. We sat on the patio, which was nice and quiet. We will be back again!

Great beer. The San Falese pizza tasted good but was really greasy though. I would definitely go back and try something else.

Reliably tasty and varied American dishes, Asian influences, Za, and all the deliciously flavored (favored?) beers from the Silver City Brewery. Moderately priced. Good, friendly, service is standard.

OK...a bit too pricey. Lousy parking. Got rid of the best dish on their menu...Asian chicken salad...I suppose they were losing money making it. It was too healthy and fresh.

Love this place! I highly suggest picking up the coconut crusted prawns and the cod fish and chips. They have a GF option for all the pizza they offer, and it's a great crust. Definitely the sampler, they have the tastiest beers in the county and this is a way to try 4 of your choice of them. My favorite beer is the Tropic Haze....Soo good. A good appetizer if you just want a beer and a snack is the soft pretzel.

Waited 55 minutes for 3 "Street Tacos" that were stone cold and the size of my finger. The worst part is they were 12 dollars R.I.P me. Super basic wanna be Sports Bar decor with super basic and overpriced menu. Lame.
