Very good service and kind staff, amazing room view, pool and wellness all included in time of covid.

Nice Hotel! Had a room for two nights, breakfast buffet every morning and access to wellness center. Rooms are fine (possible with view on a lake and stunning view at dawn!). Staff members cheerful and helpful. Warning: not easily accessible other than by car though!

Would not stay again. Was fine for one night stay, but had to switch rooms because the shower did not drain. Second room was on a lower floor, there was a lot of road noise. Rooms are dated. Beds hard, pillows lumpy. Breakfast was fine. Bartenders did not speak English. Front desk staff was friendly and spoke English.

Arrived at the hotel to find out they completely closed, we didn t receive ant message regarding our reservation being cancelled or anything.

We called the hotel to make sure to have the room we wanted. It was no problem because they didn't have that many guests. But on arrival, we didn't get the room we wanted, we didn't have the view we wanted. The room smelled of cigarettes. There was a plastic cup of used cigarettes. So we cancelled and went to another hotel.

The rooms located on the side of the road aren't sound-proof. The noise makes sleeping impossible.
The amenities of the hotel are very old and aren't clean enough.
Besides the personnel being very nice, It wasn't a pleasant stay.

Hotel has a breathtaking view. Breakfast and dinner are very delicious . Highly recommended.
