Great place to work. It's a mid size company of 550+ people. It is located in Pune IT Park, Bopodi where people can reach easily. Connectivity is good from any place in Pune. It's a happening place where you can open or grab opportunities to fulfill your dreams that you have. It's a very good family to be part of.

Over promised and under delivered. Top dollar cost for shoddy results. Many billable hours spent explaining tasks (that they claimed they were efficient in) and sloppy craftsmanship in return. Silly mistakes made by our assigned development team that cost our company thousands. Difficult to get a hold of your team without cc ing the company president, CEO, and everyone else in between. We brought on an independent developer of our own, and she is constantly finding sloppy and lazy errors that is costing us even more money to correct. It is very apparent our assigned team was focused on completing our project as quickly as possible end result was very clearly not tested on their end, and anyone with eyes can tell how little effort was given. It took forever to get our code from them, and now I know why: their quality of work is embarrassing and an absolute mess. So poorly optimized. There has to be development companies that are more affordable and dependable. If you re considering Silicus/Infogain, I d highly recommend exploring all options before making a final decision.

Good place to commute, centrally located with good connectivity from city. Nice place to work.

Good for experianced application developers of experiance more than 3 years. Not all clients work on latest technology and productive tasks.. But overall growth and hike is slightly better than known big MNCs.
