This company is employee-centric: they truly care about the staff. It has been in business since 2004. Their values are integrity, courage, respect, and passion. They communicate to staff continually. They are very talented at recognizing strengths and placing staff in positions where they can shine.
When faced with a coming downsizing I was fired for a nonsense research so that they would not have to pay unemployment. A company that works for the VA refusing to pay unemployment for a disabled veteran because of shady business practices.
Signature has been a stellar employer for the 3+ years I have worked here.
The whole team is motivated to do well by our clients and the work we do assisting the VA and our commercial clients has been worth wile work.
You don't just have to take my word for it though, we were recently honored by the BBB with their Integrity Award as well as being named a Best Place to Work by Modern Healthcare.
And did I mention we know how to have fun too?
Lies to customers & steals information BEWARE!!!!!! They make plenty of promises but never commit. If you want to take a risk with your information do not deal with these jokers. I'm still trying to get my money back!!!!!!!!!! Someone HELP!
Signature is a great company to work with. I have catered for them a few times and they are always friendly and gracious.
Signature started off as an amazing company to work for. I started in May of 2018 and they actually cared about their employees at the time. The company has completely changed since then. Now in 2020 I DO NOT Recommend working for this company especially as a person of color. This company does discriminate based on color and ethnicity. The benefits suck big time and they are all about themselves and do not care about the employees. From Managers to HR etc. I was an excellent employee and was approved to WFM way before COVID-19 based on work performance. When I began to have issues with work performance because of lack of proper training I reached out for assistance and was told nobody understood the training. I was forced to basically learn on my own. I even went as far as reaching out to HR through email about my concerns. I never so much as got a response back & a month later I was terminated based on failure of my QA score. I told them about the email that day & gave the date I sent the email. I was told they will look for it and respond in my personal email and I never heard anything back. They DO NOT CARE about their employees and it s worse if you are an employee of color. I applied for unemployment at the time to try & get by because I have bills and a young child & was disqualified because they put in my file Misconduct of Work. I never once did anything inappropriate in my position. No disrespect towards anyone so I contacted the HR to ask about it and to let them know that was incorrect and that it is preventing me for qualifying for unemployment. They did not care the Lady in HR told me We don t have have it wrong we are Stating Facts and she was extremely rude to me. I have never been treated so poorly by any company I have ever worked for. It was just very careless and unprofessional in my eyes. I feel even as employees you deserve to be treated fairly and with proper respect. As an employee of you have concerns you deserve to be able to express them and actually have someone care about them. This job was not that and I have noticed as being a person of color the respect for me was completely different then someone who were not!!!
Since I am unable to respond to your response. I started with Signature & only went under principle choice name due to the new contract you received from the VA. I was told that s all that was changed. We signed documents going from signature performance to signature choice & nothing else really changed. I still reported to signature building when it came to my job duties so I will definitely say it s still all in one, But Thank you so much for your feedback and take care.
Just look at their pictures people aren t happy.
The training is Trash for what they do and their leadership is clicked up like all jobs. they will blow you off about getting help and blow it off until they are able to use it against you. Make sure you can adapt and learn multiple styles of learning. If you are a hands on person this won t be the job for you. With teams of 30+ and one lead you will be left waiting and forgetting your question.

I know im an excellent candidate for the job, however I have yet to receive a call back. They prefer mediocre candidates.
I have been working for Signature Performance for about 2 months now and I absolutely love it! I didn t over think training at all. I came out of training with confidence because I had the tools to succeed. Signature Performance has great hours that work for me, it s Monday through Friday. Please have an open mind!
