I've used Signature on many occasions. Always treated w/kindness and courtesy. Not to mention beautiful arrangements. Her goal is customer satisfaction and will do what it takes to please her customer. In my area $25 order would be cash and carry. I'll use Signature Baskets over and over.

Worst customer service ever. I said I wanted to spend $25. I get my bill and it's $33 and some change. I asked about it and it was the most rude service I've ever dealt with. The manager (I'm assuming) gave me attitude and said did you really expect to get everything for 25? There's a delivery fee and tax. Well, I know that but maybe mention that when I order them? I would not recommend. There are many other great shops in batesville. Use them.

Got a wonderful floral arrangement for my birthday and then purchased a absolutely stunning arrangement for a friend. They are a little high on prices but it's worth it.

When I called the staff was extremely helpful and understanding and compassionate. I have worked for a custom design florist. But the spray that was designed here was undoubtedly the best I have ever seen. Will use them for all my Floral needs.

I randomly dropped in to grab something quick for my grandma. They had a few things, and by the looks of it, if I would have called and had them make something, I would have LOVED it, everything made up was so beautiful! I needed something small and quick and this was just the thing. But that isn t what I liked most, it was how NICE the lady was who helped me was! I dropped in a little before closing and they were swamped with Valentine s Day orders, but she didn t treat me that way. Thank you so much, you have earned a new customer!
