Very dishonest and sleazy to negotiate with. I dare them to respond to this review and elicit more detail. They manage a property we lease and the lease doubles in thickness every time. It s probably 30 pages now to absolve them and their client of any liability or responsibility to their own property whatsoever. The top brass especially are extremely rude and dishonest. Our actual property manager employee of theirs is very nice and easy to work with. Horrible company in every experience I have ever had with them. Watch out especially for Kris Pawlowski and John Hamburger.
