The same problem exists with my internet, but the lady was nice on the phone

Terrible internet. Unreliable, over-priced. The company takes no responsibility. Just says "oh, we're sorry to hear that - there have not been any reported outages! Please call our customer support... We look forward to hearing from you!"

Bull. I have lived all over the country and this is by-far the worst internet I have ever experienced anywhere else. The worst part is the way the company monopolizes the community and doesn't try to improve. Can they not afford it? Well then move out of town and let a better company take your place and actually provide proper internet that you seem incapable of providing. So ridiculous.

The new people working were a blessingb5 years ago due to bad customer service I opted out.

After 21 yrs of being a customer who never was late paying a rental router was hacked and someone downloaded copyrighted content and boom they shut off my internet without any explanation . Customer service wouldn't even take to me !!!! I'm going with hughs net . $&#& them !!!

Worst internet I have ever had. Everytime I call the first person is very nice and seems to try to help and says I see you are having a lot of interruption let me have someone call to get a tec out. Then when they call back they are rude and try telling me I have to much running on my internet at once. I live a lone and all I have is my phone, firestick and my alexia. How can that be to much when I pay $90 a month because they told me I need to up my amount cuz where I live to get better service. I neighbors pay less and there firestick hardly ever buffers. As soon as the satellite TV comes to me I am out

It was easy and simple all I had to do was use my brain to know how to maneuver did the easy and fun stuff on the site

called customer service to apply for the california life line service, Sonia was very helpful! Thank you for trying everything to help me. Sonia is so nice. Great service.
