Sierra Forever Families is a non-profit organization that has been serving the Sacramento region since 1983. Formerly known as Stanford Sierra Youth & Families, the organization has helped thousands of children and families overcome serious challenges that threaten their ability to stay together.
The mission of Sierra Forever Families is to empower youth and families by providing them with the support, resources, and tools they need to build strong, healthy relationships.
