I went for a maintenance service of my Mazda CX-3 and the service was done well and quickly. They found an issue related to the tire valve and even though they couldn't fix it because they don't specialize in tires, they recommended a place nearby that took care of the issue right away.

In town to settle my mother's estate I was left with her car and with covid I can't get into the DMV without an appointment and I can't get anybody on the phone to discuss my situation. So my next thought is let's go to the professionals the car dealership Siemens which was first purchased at Siemens our family had purchased probably six to eight other cars from Siemens so I went back to them to ask them how I should handle this with death certificates and titles. They were more than accommodating they gave me all the information I need when I asked them if they would consider buying the car the first response was well we're not we won't give you retail but we would give you wholesale well wholesales all I cared for I don't have time or the resources to sell a car while I'm here. They gave me a very fair price and it was a done deal within 24 hours had I had a ride home it would have been done on the spot. Through The years my parents have bought probably six or eight cars from Siemens I would recommend them to each and everyone to drop in and be treated unlike most car dealers treat people nowadays they were friendly courteous kind kind of sounds like a boy scout model.

I purchased my Mazda MX-5 used car from Jon Weber at Siemans Mazda.. I am a senior adult, and over my years have purchased many automobiles. I had never purchased a automobile online before, but found Jon's "honest" and clear answers to all my questions was impressive. I purchased my car, flew into a private airport, and Jon himself delivered the car to me, right at the airport. I have never had such service in my life when purchasing a car.

Full marks for Siemans for car service. They do not up-sell; I had a routine service and they didn't find anything else to suggest. (At other service places it seemed like every oil change was their opportunity to suggest additional services.). They were also friendly beyond the usual level. They knew we were getting a bit to eat during the service (waiting rooms weren't open yet) and confirmed that Weko Beach was open for the view. Then when our other car wouldn't start at Weko Beach, they provided a jump start, gratis.
Happy to see that masks were universal there.
We had an excellent experience buying from them a couple of years back, too.
