These people made slandering remarks about me. The are the medical contractor performing so called "independent Medicals" for my employer.
When I complained about the doctor they sent me to and how he harassed me , made salicious comments about my wife , my family. One of their employees said "his complaint is a sign of his disorder, doctor." This individual had zero psychiatric medical training I understand.
I guess they never thought I would get a copy of that email. Fool you people.
They also endorsed denial of disability and denial of accomodation. I also don't believe that doctor was capable of the vocabulary in the report. Likely written by a "ghost writer".
I am glad you are being sued for $7 million.
