Made appointment 9 days in advance to speak to a certain lawyer who was recommended to me by a friend. They said they would probably call to confirm but didn t. I drove to Bangkok from Hua Hin, about 3 hours, and called to confirm the appointment as I was 3 hours early. They had no record of the appointment and the lawyer I wanted to see was not in that day. They offered to me to speak to someone else. I told them I can easily find a lawyer in Hua Hin if I am going to deal with a stranger. If they can t get an appointment correct how can I trust them with all my personal business?

So far I have only reached out to Siam Legal via their thaiembassy.com page, and while I left a comment asking about the Thai government visa amnesty, (with much frustration) they replied back in a very calm, and informative manner. From that exchange alone, I would recommend using their other services!

This legal company has absolutely no clue what they are doing. I was told my retirement visa would be expedited, but Rex the "attorney" had an assistant take me to a bank that cannot wire transfer my money from the US. He is ill-informed about banking laws governing your US money and how to transfer it to a Thai bank. Rex was a little arrogant worm, stupid beyond belief. DON'T USE THIS FIRM FOR YOUR IMMIGRATION NEEDS!!!

The team of Siam Legal International was very helpful and professional. Me and my now husband were trying to get married for over a year and always found it difficult to get the right papers, from the moment that we've hired Siam Legal International all became very easy and the process was fast.

I just finished my process for a VISA for my Fiancee .... It took 11 months . My first customer service person was named Martin. He was supposed to be the Head of the Department. It was not long that I learned that he was not qualified to be the Department Head ... I had to remind him of keeping in contact with me and how to trace the path of documents sent to US Immigration. I asked to have him replaced and they next sent me to a young lady named Rachel. She always interrupted me when I was speaking to her and she also did not do her job as I was told she would make my processing a priority. My last hope was a young man named John Cabison, he was the only person that did what he said he would do. It is a shame that clients have to go through the disappointment of the lack of customer service. In total honesty .... I can not recommend doing business with Siam legal. While I greatly appreciated the assistance given to me by Mr. Cabison, It should not have taken three people to finish what I paid to have done. Thank you for your help John

I went to Siam Legal to get a visa for my girlfriend. I was unsure at first as I was a student and know how difficult it is to successfully get a visa. However, I was provided with Wil, a representative of Siam Legal. He was excellent. Reassuring me that the visa application would still be possible even though my situation didn t look promising. Step by step he talked me and my girlfriend through it and even though this application was going on through a pandemic, Wil was still able to achieve what he set out to do. He met my girlfriend in the embassy with all the necessary documents and from there it only took 5 days for the visa to come back accepted. Siam s service was clear precise and I will no doubt be using them again in the future. Again, special thanks to Wil for his outstanding customer service and patience throughout the application.

Let us share our awesome experiences with you all. We are a gay couple, I am US citizen and my partner is Thai. We know that applying for K-1 visa for my fiance to enter the US to be married could be complex so we hired Siam Legal international Bangkok Branch. I have had best experiences with them, they helped and worked with us the entire application process, they know what they are doing, they gave us best advise of the visa processes, documents needed, they submitted our K-1 visa application with the supports documents as soon as we provided them the needed documents. Our K-1 visa process took little over a year but we understood because the hold up was with the United State Government (USCIS) which Siam Legal does not have control over. Hired Saim Iegal over one year ago for retirement visa and 5 others visa, not one of them is complete, as I see it , they are processing company, filling out forms and mailing them, any additional help such as needing non opp form due to you what to travel will cost you, the retirement visa group takes 2 to 3 weeks to return your email message, after 2 weeks of no reply I had to write supervisor, then I got response, the reason for no response is because they want you to fail, so they can charge you more money,
The agency sent someone to meet me at the embassy with paper needed to complete the process, the agency was at the United Kingdom embassy to bad I am an United States citizen, which means the form were wrong also, yes I made my appointment on time, fill out paperwork while in line and got the papers completed on my own, yes they made the appointment for me, we called the agent after completed, she then to taxis to US embassy, we had to provide her a ride to there her office,

1- all I see is that the retirement visa section looks for way not to complete
2- company even question my address ( they said it looked a little long) I photo mail received in our mail box
3 - staff at wrong embassy
4- staff filling out wrong embassy forms
5 - section does not return messages
6- section keeps asking for more funds
7- it all not there fault,
8- web states to inform them if u leaving Thailand , I did in August 2017 telling them I going to Malaysia, yes he said I needed to non o , I said ok we going to leave September 3 2017 my visa was canceled, thank u they had 3 weeks notice from me,
9- they said my papers had to be completed in the area I live, we live out side Bangkok why did I have to drive to Bangkok to complete ( we did visa in our area in 3 hours complete for 100 us not 1000 us there new request
