only Staff Attitude Was Very bad Very Very Very Bad specaily When i Arrived They took around more then 1 Hour for relise our Lagagues they r giving Only special protocol who they r Giving them Money.....
& its happening openly...
be Honestly i had some foreign Frnds with me they were made fun of Mine
for Departure time 99% Ok....
but arrival time only 10% Good services..
90 % Very Bad Experience staff Should professional with their works...
they r Runnibg for earning Money only

Pakistan's first private airport and coming soon airsial sialkotian's airline

I visited again Sialkot Airport but clean arrangements are not satisfied. This is a comparatively small airport but passengers get lot of time for clearance. Now PIA, what a rubbish service, passengers are arrived & their luggage is on their origin airport, Oman, Musqat

Services staff needs training. Must find a way to save checked baggage from rain.
CIP lounge food picking area was dirty. Needs lot of improvement there in terms of quality.
Shelf life of food items kept was not visible. Coffee machine was dirty.

Sialkot airport is the only private Sialkot industry own airport with 57 flights week international and nation wide. It has the longest runway with capacity to land super jumbo jets.
Globally leading airlines include Emirates have daily flights. Sialkot airport land area is larger than many international airports of Pakistan. SIAL is gradually equipping with all the latest airport facilities.
Airport is accessible for Sialkot, Daska, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Wazirabad and other surrounding cities with total drive time of maximum 60 mins.
New motorway is just 15 mins drive from airport and have reasonable good hotels near it.

Its very good but need some more gardening and beautiful roads

Road from Wazirabad is unable to drive with mental ease even to ride bike

Less washrooms and very very expensive Tuck Shop. Everything is exactly double priced.
Otherwise security is very good, staff is co-operative, parking is huge and a lot of baggage trolleys.

Sialkot International Airport is built, maintained and operated by a public limited company Incorporated by business community of Sialkot.

It is the first airport in Pakistan built and operated by private sector.

It has both domestic and international terminals.

Many local and international airlines are operating from here.

An international airport that facilitate people of Sialkot, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Jhelum and many others. The airport is still under development and require a lot of improvements in future in terms of services and professionalism of staff.

I am really Disappointed with Services of this airport. First of all the helpers in uniform outside the airport makes you feel terrible, secondly one of them took my luggage and charged me intensely which does not make any sense not just that after getting the charges he went outside to my family and said he did not get anything at all and charged more. Secondly inside the airport is a big joke they make you open the luggage and then opposite side there was custom officers will do the same who terrible, we dont get this kind of treatment from other airports. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

V bad experience to use this airport, miss behaviour and awkward way of talking and charge 200 rupees in vain as porter fee(200pkr is not a big amount but why did they charge axtra 200) even I didn't use this porter service.

Heard a lot about its success and visited too once.

Slow, older people cutting, no signs to indicate which line for Pakistani or foreign. Staff member made no indication of which line to wait. Seems like American passports are rare here compared to Lahore or Islamabad since I was questioned for the reason of my visit despite my Visa. Needs improvement for international stranded great for domestic.

The building was fine however the staff needs lot of training to be more active.

Great airport,very wide and clean. Real need of people!

This is a joint public private venture. It is boosting economic activity in the area besides providing domestic and international commute!!!

Airports are ok but can clearly be improved. Airport staff are simply too poorly trained, they simply do not know what service is. They just stand and try to harass the flight and demand bribe..they are very rude and uncomfortable ..

A blessing for the people of this area and beyond...

Real bad roads to the airport leave yourself and extra hour to get there

They have progress a lot in 10 years but they need better food court

They took 150 at exit. Even lahore Airport takes 100. Also extremely below average.

Not so new as of now but still looks like it is built just days ago. It is built with all modern amenities included and they also keep it very clean. This airport also has many domestic flights as well as international flights...

The building overall is fine but people/service also contribute in giving the impression. The immigration staff, security, cleaning and other related staff needs complete overhauling. Staff looked rude and little sense of professionalism and sense of service. Old staff must be replaced with young energetic new staff with PROPER TRAINING of service and behaviour. Airports are the 1st impression of a country which must not be ignored.

Its a really bad experience, management should allow at least two persons to receive their family members. What a bad security check, only VIPs are allowed to carry their families. Rules should be same for all of us.

Sialkot international Airport is one of it's kind. The only one built in by the private sector.The Name of one the founder is yaquoob saith he was so emotionally attached with this Idea that he and some of his partner make this dream happen. These are the people i want to salute them

Not too rushy and lot of parking is available almost 24hrs
