I recently had an experience with this company that fell short of my expectations. While the initial consultation was informative, the installation process was less than smooth. The timeline provided for installation was not adhered to, resulting in delays that disrupted my schedule. 🕒

The quality of the product was decent, but I did notice some inconsistencies that made me question the craftsmanship. 🪟 Staff communication could use improvement, as responses were often slow, leaving me in the dark about my order status.
