understand to your employees not a client. we all, where i worked in client location, those all shro employees are facing lot of issues. and about notice period you have to take care of your employees not a client, on off latter showing 1 month and when you are leaving on that time you're hr says you have to complete 2 months of notice period.i am posting this review after 2.6 yrs experience in shro.
